Great hotel. A chic and inexpensive family suite, bathrobes and slippers, a cooler with water in the hallway, a normal refrigerator, a kettle... Two bathrooms greatly simplified the joint stay in the room. Additional dishes are available at the bar. Delicious, not too varied breakfasts, fresh beer, not expensive. Responsive, friendly and qualified staff. Good location - there are shops, transport accessibility, cafes and canteens. Nearby there is a great swimming pool and a large park for walking and physical education. Near the river: carp and seagull fishing. Great place and hotel.

The rooms have not been renovated for a long time. Order is not maintained even at the level of small work with a hammer and screwing in light bulbs. There are only 10 channels on TV, no more. The room price for 25 thousand does not include anything, not even breakfast, not even a bottle of water, glasses, no refrigerator. There are no mosquito nets. The pillows are uncomfortable, but the bed and towels are clean. The cards are demagnetized, they open the door from the 5th time. Pancakes were ordered- they brought such that the three chews knocked on the plate like waffles, not to bite off, not to chew. Audibility is like in a communal apartment, probably, or in a hostel. You can hear everything that is being said in the rooms from the corridor. Dry cleaning / ironing for three - for 5000 tenge. Of the advantages, only the location, and they quickly settled in according to a preliminary reservation: apparently, there are few people who want to live in such a hotel. The room was clean and pleasant
And, importantly, it is warm, but at the same time stuffy - the window does not open completely, so even with an open balcony there is a little nothing to breathe.
The bed is comfortable and large.
Wi-Fi is very weak - you will not be able to do almost anything through it, so you can not think about working from the hotel. In some parts of the room, it is not caught at all.
The bathroom is beautiful, clean, but the water has an unpleasant taste of scale. The shower has a weak pressure and the water constantly changes from boiling water to cold water - it is not comfortable to wash.
The guys at the reception are great and ready to help, to suggest everything you need.

Who awarded this hotel 4 stars? Even 2 stars are a lot for her! We stayed for three days in July 2023. When we entered the room, it turned out that they had forgotten to clean it. They gave me another one. The room is smoky, it knocks down the spirit. There is no refrigerator, the hair dryer does not work, the safe too, there are no light bulbs in the fixtures, and the table lamp has a plug stupidly rewound with duct tape. That's it - 4 stars! Next: the water pressure is so weak that it is simply impossible to rinse long hair, two bags of shampoo from the dispenser for three days. That's all. Two towels. Room cleaning? No, you haven't heard. On the second day, they even hung a sign saying "clean the room." It's useless! I ran out of toilet paper. They didn't bring it. There is no Wi-Fi in the room, there is only in the corridor, and we sat on the couch for two evenings - no one canceled the work. In general, such a terrible hotel has never happened in my life!

In general, it was a good hotel, but upon arrival, instead of a reserved room with two separate beds, without warning and approval, they handed over a card from a room with one double bed. I had to go back down with the bags to refuse. For some reason, the teenage athletes were served first for breakfast, although we came to the dining room earlier. Thirdly, on our floor on the first day there was a cooler with water, on the rest of the days without a bottle. Otherwise, everything is tolerable

The rooms are tubby, the plumbing is all flowing and dripping, the shower has a 40cm partition from the wall, there is no curtain in the shower, everything flows by, from this side of the bath, the platbands from below are swollen to the limit, it looks terrible. There was enough toilet paper at the entrance, and even then, if you save a lot, you had to ask at the reception. For three nights, the room was never cleaned, even the garbage was not taken out of the trash cans. There is a conday, there is no remote control from it. There is no water in the rooms, there is a cooler in the hallway on the floor, but there is no water in it either. They called and asked to change the bottle in the cooler, brought a jug of water)))). Breakfast is generally a separate story, there are three types on the site, in fact there is only one, and what you order does not always coincide with the opinion of the cook. It doesn't pull at 4 stars, well, in any way. For 2.. and even then..

The hotel had one advantage - location, relative to the place of travel. That's all. The room stock is old, it feels like repairs have not been done for 15-20 years (they have already written about furniture and doors here). The problem with plumbing is such that to wash in the morning is a whole quest - to keep the watering can so that it does not fall, to control the pressure, because it burns periodically, etc. Breakfast: someone must have vomited in the main hall at night and it smelled like that in the morning. The lack of a menu, a meager assortment and a long wait are already secondary here.
There is no terminal in the hotel, keep this in mind.
The staff is probably the only thing that keeps it all going :)

I took the standard room. Horrible. Everything is broken. I waited three days for the technician, but there was no result.
Food in the restaurant for 3 -

A real scoop with zero service.
We lived with my husband in a high-comfort room for 2700 (!) per day. The furniture is dead. The window handle was broken almost to the root, I had to grab the stub and twist it. There is no net on the window, so we fell asleep to the buzzing of mosquitoes. There is no kettle, there are not even glasses, there is no refrigerator. And this is the splendor for 2,700. The windows haven't been washed since the flood. The linen is clean, but shabby, there are holes. The walls were once painted and now they are being tinted for some reason with another paint that does not match, the look is poor. There is a water cooler on the floor, but when the water ran out, we spent 3 days shaking the administrators to install a new bottle, but in the end we already moved out without waiting. The elevator broke down 2 times in 3 days. But on the day of departure, they called our room at 11.30 and asked if we would extend it, because it was time for us to move out, although it was still half an hour before the congress. I do not recommend it to anyone! It's a creepy place

- the service is not hurried, especially in the restaurant (breakfast)

Unfortunately, everything that could not work in this hotel did not work. The staff tried to fix it, but when you rent out a room with a TV, kettle and safe, it is assumed that they function immediately.
The bedside light switches did not work, and the room entry card had to be constantly recoded. Stripped furniture. It's a strange place.
