The food is so-so, and the attitude is generally disgusting. I ordered mushroom soup. The waiter first tried to figure out how it was made, either mashed soup or broth. I brought the soup obviously from the bag, it's just visible, it's like semolina is floating there. There are very few mushrooms, less than a spoon for the whole soup and one piece of card the size of a fingernail on a little finger. It's a shame to submit it! And mushrooms of different sizes, rubber, frostbitten, as if they were scraped off the wall of the refrigerator. In general, I tried half a plate and decided not to eat it. I told them to replace it with a beef shurpa, my friend ordered it, it's for four, the meat is tough and very fatty, but at least edible. The surprise was that there was mushroom soup in the bill. I refused to pay, after which I had a conversation with the administrator Natalia. I don't want anyone to communicate with this person. It's terrible, she didn't even ask me what I didn't like. She immediately started talking very rudely, just demanded to pay and that's it. Regarding the soup, she said that they have such technological maps, and that I did not like it, this is my private opinion, which no one is interested in. Like that. But she was interested in whether we were visitors or locals. What's the difference?! He does not know or ignores consumer rights laws. With a grin, she said, "You are consumers." As a result, I got tired of arguing, it's useless, she just doesn't care about the client, doesn't listen at all. Despite the fact that we behaved very culturally and correctly and tried to convey the claim. I probably should have made a scene.
It's a shame that there is such darkness inside such a good facade of the institution. It is clear that the owner has invested well, and the employees are destroying the reputation and business in this way.
