Because there are problems with the rest: the service is slow, the hall is not the most cozy — the tables are small, there is not much space, I had to go close the front door so as not to blow.
Remembering that it was delicious, I ordered delivery.
Delivery was delayed by 40 minutes (1h 40 minutes from the moment of order)
The call center lied on the phone for 40 minutes — then the order is being prepared, then on the way, then the courier has a lot of orders, then we find out where the curiosity is and call them back (they won't call back), then Yandex indicates the wrong delivery time to them, and they cope in 60-75 minutes (nope). In short, everyone is to blame, but they are doing well everywhere

It was a festive evening, I really wanted rolls, and I live in a remote area of the city, not every delivery will go to us. A neighbor advised Manga, and right in the bullseye - they brought everything as promised, did not delay and the delivery was inexpensive. True, there was ramen in the order, and it flowed a little, but it happens, it's okay.
