had high expectations, but the service at Mandarini was a letdown. Despite having a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes to be seated. The staff was slow, inattentive, and got our orders wrong twice. The food was mediocre, and the overall experience was ruined by the staff's unprofessional and indifferent attitude. I won’t be returning.

"Awful service! The waitstaff was inattentive and dismissive, barely acknowledging our presence. We waited an unreasonable amount of time for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. Despite several attempts to get their attention, the staff seemed uninterested in helping. Not worth the visit —won't be returning."

A brief overview:
We first came to this place on 07/10/2024 and since then, we have been coming here every day. The food makes you fall in love with this place. Very tasty. The service time is very short and we manage to eat even in a hurry.
However, we came here on the evening of 07/13/2024 and sat on the glazed veranda (the far hall from the entrance), a waitress came up to us, who practically did not understand Russian and when we asked about sour cream or garlic sauce, she said that sour cream was not served, and the sauce was water and garlic. (We took sour cream to khinkali every time, so we said so and still, they brought it to us). There was also very loud music that evening, but that's why we sat in the back hall, where it didn't bother us. The saddest thing that day was that the youngest child waited more than an hour for his order, there was only a chicken kebab and, apparently, during this time the chicken was raised for us personally.
Maybe if it was our first time, we wouldn't have come anymore. But since we had already come here before, we just continued to sit at the table where we always eat and where the waiters understand what we want.
We continue to come here every day and even today (07/15/2024) we had lunch here.

It was out of season. I ate khinkali with satsebeli. The food was prepared very quickly, the service is in perfect order.
Khinkali is large, salt, herbs and pepper in a good balance. The dough is neither thin nor thick.
The satsebeli was refreshingly sour. What you need for khinkali!
In general, everything is good and in balance! I'm happy with everything. I recommend you to visit.

Pros: comfortable restroom, lots of cubicles
Cons: not friendly staff; potatoes with lumps, fish of medium scab; khachapuri for 3 points, ate many times tastier!
I advise you more on the left side of the entrance there is a pastry shop and there are amazing pastries, especially buns with nutella (the best investment is 2 GEL) and on the right side there is an amazing wine shop and excellent employees!

If you want a sensible and adequate service, then this place will not suit you.
Of the cons: they ordered khinkali, asked the waitress in advance about the sharpness, warned that children would eat, received confirmation that khinkali was not spicy, as a result they received spicy khinkali. The white wine was brought warm, they asked for ice to cool, the waitress replied that there was no ice, I had to go to the bar on my own to arrange with the bartender for ice. When serving the dish, the waitress broke a wine glass with a plate, tried to pour wine from a broken glass into another with fragments.
The price tag is above average.

I've never seen such a poor service. I asked for soup to take away, I was told there was such an opportunity. BUT TAKEAWAY SOUPS ARE SERVED IN SPECIAL CONTAINERS, IDIOTS! The administration has nothing to offer in return. They're just yelling at the customer. (Although the customer is always right). I found my soup in the bag as a result. Since the container was not intended for soup. (This is warned in advance) all that the service has done (idiots!) WE POURED THE SOUP FROM THE BAG INTO THE CONTAINER!
In general, I do not advise everyone. Judging by this attitude towards customers, it is not known how they cook there in the kitchen and under what conditions.
P.S. the money was not returned to me. Choke on these 16 lari!

A huge cafe with different areas is almost empty at the beginning of the season. The dishes of Georgian cuisine are not bad, the price is average. My khachapuri was slightly burnt, but it was still delicious. And even before that, I ate 4 khinkali and eggplant a day. On the trail.the day asked again for 4 pieces and a salad, but the girl said 4 is not allowed, only five is a portion. But in the menu, the price is per piece, not per serving. And there was a sharpness in service. I don't know the reason, there are suggestions due to the fact that they spoke Russian. But I'm not sure. I didn't show it, but it was a shame. When you are polite and friendly, and in response such an attitude that you are not welcome at all.

2. Many waiters do not know Russian, despite the Russification of the menu (with errors), you point your finger at what you want, the waiter writes it down in Georgian.
3. You need to wait for the waiter for a very long time, even if he responds, it's not a fact that he will come to you)
4. There is no hostess, no one meets or escorts you at the entrance, you can sit at the reserved table and after 15 minutes you will be told that you need to move 😁
5. We left 50 kopecks for a tip for such service, and I was looked at as an enemy of the people 😂
