I would really like to thank the hotel staff for their attentiveness, sensitivity and friendliness! Having read everything about the service of Abkhazia, we were ready for anything. But we were delighted!
I'll start in order. 1. The grounds, kitchen, hotel and rooms are very clean. It was nice to be there and very calm. 2. Parking is separate from the hotel, everything is closed and safe. 3. A huge plus is the distance from the road. There are no cars, drunken parties from the beach and night parties.
4. When settling in, a set of rules is immediately discussed, with which everyone is comfortable staying.
5. Daily room cleaning. The girls are nimble and very understanding. We were sick with rotovirus for a day, which is normal for the first time in Abkhazia, no one disturbed us, we slept peacefully all day. In the morning we ate hot soup, cheered up and got back into the holiday rhythm.
6. Friendly attitude, interest in our opinion about the stay, about comfort, about health. Administrator Tatiana, just know that you are a wonderful person.
7. Organization of the excursion. As they say, any whim is for your money. You negotiate, you say what you want, you pay, everything will be done for you in the morning. We had a great day on the jeep. By the way, they offer a really cool trip program. Coincidence or not, I don't know, but we spent the trip with our fellow countrymen, even though we took them from Gagra. Great impressions.
8. Drunken brawls, shouting, music are unacceptable, although we are young, we went for a quiet rest, as there are enough people at work. It was always quiet and peaceful.
9. The cute spider that hung over our bed for all 6 days :)))) did not interfere, only added a special charm to the stay 🙃
10. They cook very tasty in their kitchen. The menu is homemade, but quite varied. They judged more on shish kebab. Both pork and chicken turned out great. We skipped breakfast because we were asleep, and for lunch there were hearty side dishes and meat, salads. Sukhumi beer. For dinner, anything can be ordered in advance.
11. Small cats are running around the territory. It's cute, we love animals ❤️
12. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the sailor through a cool pine park.
13. I woke up, fell asleep, and every time I walked through the hotel with the thought: "God, how nice it is here."

I had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious and bright, daily cleaning, delicious cuisine. And most importantly, which is rare for Abkhazia, very good, well-mannered staff. It's close to the sea, you just need to go through the park. The beach is quite decent for these places.

Great location. Excellent staff. In the cafe you can have breakfast, lunch and order dinner. Grilled fish, meat and vegetables are very tasty. The staff is attentive. A cozy atmosphere. Immediately after booking, you can contact Kristina and book a transfer. The sea is clear. The road to the beach through the grove.

Very convenient location, a couple of minutes to the beach. The prices are reasonable. The room is clean. The food in the dining room is like in a restaurant, without exaggeration. The staff is positive, always happy to help. A nice quiet, family-friendly place.

The problems that can be identified regardless of the hotel and are everywhere - problems with electricity, the inability to pay with a card. We had a rest in early September 2020. The location of the hotel is in a great location! 200 meters from the sea! The beach is great, clean, there are no annoying sellers. If you are tired of the sun, you can stay in a pine grove that stretches along the entire coastline. The sea is clean, almost always calm, due to the geographical location of the beach of Lazaa. Very friendly staff,. The room is regularly kept clean, however, as well as throughout the hotel. The Mandarin has ideal conditions for recreation for almost all ages - from infants to pensioners. Silence, beautiful air! There is a sufficient number of cafes near the hotel, there is a dining room where you can both just eat and have fun with friends! We will definitely come back here again!!! I would like to thank Kristina separately! We are waiting to meet you, my beloved Abkhazia, "Mandarin", Lzaa!!!

We had a rest with my wife from 08/21/2011 to 09/11/2011. Everything was fine. A quiet, peaceful hotel. We had it turned on tomorrow, well, it's just a "gluttony." At home, in my opinion, no one eats breakfast so abundantly, for three courses. Special thanks to the administrator Tatiana and her team, everyone is very polite and prudent. You can eat at the hotel for lunch and dinner, the chef Eugene cooks very tasty. At the same time, you can eat in other cafes, there are plenty of them nearby. The sea is a 5-minute walk away at a leisurely pace. The room is clean, cleaned often, sometimes we just refused to clean. As a request to the administration, I would like to have at least one chair or stool in the room so that you can sit at the table with a laptop. The ottoman is very low for this. Well, this is purely my individual opinion, someone may not need it. Overall, a very good hotel, I recommend it to everyone.

Great hotel. It is a closed territory, there is its own electric generator, which is very important for Abkhazia. A good cafe, where they offer for an additional fee.free lunches and dinners, high-quality food. Close to the beach and huge pine trees, no need for awnings. Excellent staff. I recommend.

Great hotel, we had a family vacation in September 2020, we really liked everything.
Dignities: staff, cleanliness, its own closed territory, a playground with a trampoline, a kitchen for self-cooking, an electric generator (there were 3-4 shutdowns in 7 days, worked well), near a clean pebble beach and an incredibly beautiful grove of Pitsunda pine.
I recommend it!!!

We had a vacation with my wife in late August and early September. I liked the location of the hotel, the cleanliness and condition of the rooms, delicious food, well-groomed territory. The beautiful clean beach is a 5-minute walk through the park.

A pleasant hotel, which is actually a "guest house". There are 30 rooms in total that look great and are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: good beds, a small refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV, as well as a shower cabin with a toilet. Pleasant staff, ready to solve any problems and unpleasant situations. There is a dining room where you can have breakfast and lunch, and you can have dinner under a canopy outside. The food is homemade, very tasty) For dinner you can order kebabs, fish, etc. The guest house is located 100 meters from the beach, so you don't have to walk far to swim.

I had a rest in August-September 2019. I really liked the hotel and the location... The hotel is very clean, the room is large and comfortable, air conditioning, TV, hot water and light were always there. They cleaned it every day. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. On the territory of the cafe where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything was delicious at home. The sea is cleanest nearby, through a pine grove... We will definitely return to this hotel!!!!

We had a rest in June of the 21st year.
Everything is fine, hospitable.
The rooms are always occupied, but the only and very big disadvantage is the cardboard walls unfortunately, we heard everything that was happening at the neighbors((
And so the enclosed area is ideal for children, trampoline and slide on site, table tennis, bike rental, excursions.
There is also a shared kitchen on site, where there are glasses and spoons and forks and pots, everything for cooking
It's a 5-minute walk to the sea, through a pine grove, the air is gorgeous.

A great place to relax. You don't need a better one. 2 minutes from the beach. Clean, pleasant to stay in the room, hospitable. The receptionist Irina is always polite and always ready to go to a meeting! You can request an extra bed/blanket. There is a car park on the territory, it is not important to stand. There is also a kitchen with all the equipment for self-cooking. For those who do not cook, there are breakfasts/lunches/dinners.

It's a strange hotel... The walk-through balcony - curtains cannot be opened even during the day. Terrible breakfasts, no choice and tasteless. They charged extra for the brewed coffee (without warning). Nearby are hotels with the best conditions, with their own balconies, with breakfasts to choose from and with prices twice as cheap!!!!!

The menu is very meager, considering that we were in the very season (August 2021). When booking through booking, it was not indicated anywhere that it was forbidden to drink and eat in the room! We were very unpleasantly surprised by this ban. A clothes dryer for two rooms is ridiculous! Especially if it's like me and the kids…The trampoline is faulty on the playground! Be careful!!! It's good that you saw it right away! The administrator is peculiar - the answer to all questions is simple: "what do you want?! This is Abkhazia." Taking into account all the disadvantages, I think the price is too high! It's not the first time we've had a vacation in Abkhazia! The room has a confident 3!
