Either the cook has changed or the kebab maker is different, I don't know. We ordered a special lamb dish. The meat is very tough. Okay, the next attempt is a barbecue, the same thing, you won't chew it. Okay, then there's a mess. These chefs don't know how to cook this dish. The last time it was cooked was excellent.
