Our order included a salad with eggplant and shrimps, the rest of the hot stuff was brought quickly, but the salad was waited for 45-50 minutes, eventually the salad was brought, but there were no shrimps.... Tortured eggplants have been cooking for so long. I visited this cafe a couple of times. The last time I went recently. The cafe takes part in the Gastrofest. I liked the gastroset very much. I am a big fan of Pan-Asian cuisine. I liked Tom yam and dessert the most. The staff is polite. The interior is beautiful. One minus of the institution - I was cold there. I hope the owners will make the temperature in the cafe more comfortable.

The place wasn't impressed at all: a typical 21st century eatery. The basic interior, the dark walls are oppressive, there is no desire to stay in this place for a long time.
Why is it that I'm greeted at the entrance not by the receptionist, but by a coat rack full of jackets?! Moreover, it doesn't fit into the design at all! There are clearly not enough hangers for the influx of Chinese that I observed.
The bar stools are just awful! What kind of person would you have to be to climb them?
Kirill, the bartender, saved the situation. The coffee made by His hands is a real masterpiece! From the first sip, he gave me a feeling of warmth and comfort, as if he embraced me from the inside. The aroma was so intense that it seemed as if notes of roasted almonds and slightly toasted sugar were floating in the air. And the taste! It was perfectly balanced: the soft caramel sweetness smoothly flowed into a light bitterness, creating a harmony that seemed to play on the taste buds. The caramel was not cloying, but rather resembled a subtle hint of caramelized sugar, which adds depth and sophistication. This coffee didn't just cheer me up — it made my day brighter, giving me moments of real enjoyment. Thank you, Kirill, for this small but important ritual of happiness!

The staff is normal, I didn't experience any problems.
The menu is quite diverse, there are interesting positions.
I didn't try the hookah myself, but it seemed to me that the hookahs here are good, the hookah man literally spent the night at the neighbors' table, was attentive, changed the coals and all that.
I recommend tea! The red robe was brought to me as it should be with pouring kettles. It's super!
We ate rolls - it tastes good, but nothing outstanding. Especially for such a price tag - it could be more interesting. It was a little annoying that all the precursors (sauce, wasabi, ginger) are paid. And they are given with Gulkin's horseradish. We used 3 sauces for 4 rolls and we didn't have enough sauce for the last couple of pieces. By the way, the rolls were carried for a very long time. My wife was brought 2 rolls passably in time and I liked the salad with eggplant and shrimp (I liked it, I ate it and waited for my rolls for 15 minutes: they brought 1, I ate them and waited a little longer for the second rolls.

With incomplete boarding on a weekday, half of the menu was missing. The waiter immediately loaded us with this information, listing the entire list of positions that are not available instead of helping us choose. Tea was served for half an hour, while the company that came after us brought the bar order much earlier than us. And the soup was seen after 40 minutes🙈

The food is ordinary, I did not feel anything beyond delicious, although the price of the dishes is high. The service is good, I was not overwhelmed by the attention of the waiters. The atmosphere is good, BUT there is simply nothing to breathe, there is a lot of smoke from hookahs and it is EVERYWHERE. The table was at the entrance and due to the lack of a vestibule and cold air cut-offs, I had to feel goosebumps, unfortunately not because of the cool place, but because of the cold.

The most terrible place. The table was booked for the 6th, and they gave us a table for the 4th, I had to change seats myself. 1. Porter beer was sour, which shouldn't be sour. 2. The waiter offers drinks off the menu, which are (as it turns out at the end of the evening) unreasonably high. 3. The serving of the same dishes is different. 4. The shrimp were not cleaned from the intestines, there was hay in that pit?!?! or something that looks like scales from shrimp. 5. In a dish with shrimp, they found meat (which should not be there). We don't understand how it is.
As a result, they gave a lot of money for the terrible service, taste, and serving. And it's not clear what the expiration dates were. It was as if the staff knew that the beer was sour and therefore replaced it without question. 6. The staff reacted to all comments and questions as if ‘well, it's okay'. 7. The waiters do not know what is available, after they accepted the order, they returned and said they would not be able to cook for us. If you want to spend less, but have a perfect evening, and HAVE a DELICIOUS MEAL, go to Salsa. The place is two minutes away and MUCH BETTER

I ordered milk oolong - there is no tea, they offered mint tea, in which mint was not felt at all, it turned out that it was mint oolong, then you need to explain it more clearly to customers) tom yam is mediocre, like I drank some water (I didn't go in at all), tartar is delicious, but ciabatta / baguette / bread is missing in the institution, for the first time I see an institution where there is at least no ordinary bread))))
Ordered a biscuit with fish / spinach - is it really impossible to prepare somehow on Friday?)

For the first time we came to this institution with my wife for a gastrofest. Set for 34 rubles is the face of the institution.
I didn't like all the dishes: very peppery sauce with fish, or rather the fish swam in it, the Greek salad is a sliced tomato and two pieces of not tasty cottage cheese and so on according to the dishes. Dessert : apple with cream.
We got a nice waiter, the girl told us everything about the dishes, gave advice and was very tactful, but at the time of payment another girl came and there was already the opposite situation. The girl did not know or forgot that the checks after payment should be given to the client, and not taken for herself (and the fact that the pre-check (invoice) this is not a document). As for the menu and prices: for an establishment with dusty windows and sofas, under the pillows of which dirt is too much. Freshly squeezed juice 0.2 l. costs 11 rubles, meat - 45 rubles, plain tea 10 rubles. There is a gramophone in the menu for not all positions, I am generally silent about the description.
Do we want to visit this assignment again? Of course not. There are a lot more decent places to go in the city.

After visiting this institution, they were "slightly" disappointed. The atmosphere is quite cold, the service is too intrusive. When you come to an institution of this type, you want to sit, not in a hurry. But once you get to Manao, you get the feeling that there is a conveyor there. When you arrive, you must quickly consume the order and make room for other "guests" as soon as possible. The waiter girls were ready to clean the dishes every 7-10 minutes.This is the first time I've come across this. Apparently, there is a shortage of dishes.The kitchen, alas, is weak 3. Especially, I was impressed (sadly) by the dessert, which was made in a hurry and was raw. It is a pity that I have to write such a review, but my conscience will not allow me to sing praises. I can't recommend Manao to my friends.
