I recently visited the Mamma Mia restaurant on 109 Panfilova Street in Almaty and was pleasantly surprised. This is definitely one of the best places for connoisseurs of Italian cuisine in the city.
I'll start with the interior - the restaurant is decorated in warm Mediterranean tones, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. There is a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere that sets you up for a leisurely meal.
But the main thing, of course, is the kitchen. The dishes prepared by the chef are simply delicious. I tried several types of pizza, pasta and salads - everything was incredibly delicious, using fresh and high-quality ingredients. I especially remember the signature tiramisu for dessert.
The service in the restaurant is also highly appreciated. The waiters are attentive, polite and ready to help with the selection of dishes. They are well versed in the menu and readily give recommendations.
Overall, I was completely delighted with visiting Mamma Mia. It is an ideal place for those who appreciate authentic Italian cuisine, prepared with love and attention to detail. I will definitely come back here again!

The best restaurant in the city! We have been going there for 20 years and it is always delicious, although the quality of service has deteriorated a little. And the portions have become small and expensive. A good place to sit with colleagues or friends.

There were pizzerias in this place even when Gogol was in use, since then it has not been possible to get into this institution, although everyone liked everything! But finally we were lucky enough to visit Mama Mia and we were one hundred percent satisfied! Light music, the most important and distinctive feature is very quiet! The hall has become bigger, more comfortable and more cozy, or something, the service is very fast, the bill is expensive for 2 adults and two children 28.k, but it's worth it, we don't even regret it! Will I go there again, definitely yes!

A cozy, peaceful place with pasta, pizza and other European cuisine. Friendly staff, delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. The prices are of course slightly above average, but it's definitely worth it. I recommend definitely looking here.

Everything is very cool in this restaurant and in general in the whole grid. A good range of wines with reasonable prices from different countries. The lasagna is wonderful. Even dishes like puree + fillet are made with a very sincere approach. Just mentally. One moment: I came to try Cannoli (I saw it in the movie) and for some reason it seemed to me that here the "interpretation" of this dish is, let's say, "author's".

Family cafe, friendly guys. The service and the interior are very pleasant. There is a children's menu, the main one is pizza, pasta, meat, fish, soups, salads, cocktails, tea. I really like the bread basket-the child is delighted with it). The toilets are always clean and there is a stand for children. There is parking nearby, but as luck would have it, because parking is shared on the street. The price tag is average (if you order meat, fish, then the price tag will be higher). Live music is played on certain days.

I was in this restaurant with my wife and two children (4 years and 2 years) on 06.06.2023. Along the wall from the entrance there are tables actually where they took their places. There is a children's menu. Everything was juicy, delicious. The children ate everything with pleasure. The staff is polite and not intrusive. Everything is fine!
From the comments: there is no ramp to enter inside (for example, if with a stroller, and the child has fallen asleep), but there is a person on duty who proudly stated that if suddenly needed, he would be happy to perform the function of a ramp and help.

I love this point. In principle, as everywhere on the web, it is very pleasant to be here, the atmosphere is family-friendly. The staff, the waiters especially, are friendly. The administrator is usually not particularly visible, though.
Food and drinks are always without complaints. Everything is delicious and beautiful!
I love live music here - it's an absolute pleasure to spend an evening listening to your favorite tunes and a glass of wine with pasta. And then take a walk along the Arbat.
