Having accepted the order, the food was brought to my brother an hour later. We were told all the time that khinkali would be brought in 10 minutes. The waiter came up after 1.5 hours and said . That the order will be ready for another 30 minutes. Or cancel the order. They didn't apologize. They ruined our evening. They left hungry and angry. There is no customer orientation. What about your service? Saturday, several tables are occupied, that is, the occupancy of the hall is small. One waiter took the order, then 3 more different people came up. As a result, the order was mixed up, 1 khachapuri was brought, then the second one, which was not ordered. The Khinkali did not bring the ones that were ordered. Then they waited a long time for new ones to be prepared. Glasses of wine were not brought to everyone. The dish "Chanakhi" assumes the presence of mutton, they brought just vegetables in a pot with one small piece of mutton with fat. Khinkali is not very tasty (They did not bring anything, it seems they forgot about the order....We don't know the names of the waiters, we didn't introduce ourselves. They did not warn about the service fee, apparently you need to know this yourself.
Stars for the design, polite staff, and the fact that the reservation was not confused.
We won't come again.

The cook is divine and the food is wonderful, the wine and Georgian vodka are wonderful, but, the waiter is young, it's just a nightmare I asked for a non-spicy dish (allergy) brought it was not possible even for a husband who loves spicy, I don't remember his name, not just distracted, but lost. He brought salads, left, came back an hour later, wanted to count us, and when we asked where it was hot, he replied, sorry, I forgot. And I can't blame it on the fact that the music in the hall is playing too loudly and he didn't hear it, he didn't repeat the recorded order. To the remark that it was a spicy dish, and they asked for it not spicy, the elder came and replaced the dish with khachapuri, and both dishes were included in the receipt. Despite the fact that they did not bring hot food to my husband, they promised compensation from the institution to bring khinkali, but we did not wait for them either, after half an hour he came again and said again that he had forgotten them. In general, the conclusion from the young Kazakh Georgian did not work out. The evening is ruined. We are very disappointed with the service. Such a beautiful kitchen is ruined by sophisticated waiters.
