We have been going there with our son since 3 months.
The facilities are excellent for both mom and baby. We went to individual sessions with coach Irina , and then joined a group with the same coach. What I want to say about the coach is a person who treats the child with such awe and attention, and this is not a little important. He will always answer all your questions, give competent advice, always goes to a meeting. The girls at the reception are friendly and friendly. And the most important thing is that the pool is always clean and after the pool, as a client, you can visit the sauna for free, a small and pleasant bonus for mom and baby.
It is clear that the management is interested not only in the comfortable stay of the baby in the center, but also of the mother.
We really like the pool and coach Anastasia, the child goes to classes with pleasure. Also, there are no complaints about the work of the girls at the reception, they are always friendly and welcoming)
But the administration is absolutely not familiar with the concept of customer orientation and service!!!(
They are constantly rescheduling classes on their initiative and for no good reason (the coach left - they were not given a replacement, they celebrated their birthday - they canceled all clients who were engaged on that day).
30% of all our training sessions were postponed!
They come up with strict rules themselves, but they do not follow them themselves…
For example, they came up with a rule that two parents of a child cannot be in an individual lesson at the same time (a reasonable reason was not reported), and also talk loudly, while the owner of the center Irina herself communicates so loudly with the parents of the second child, who is engaged in parallel with mine in the same pool, that my child is constantly distracted from the lesson. I'm already silent about 2 simultaneously engaged children in the pool! This is not warned at the conclusion of the contract, but put in front of the fact when classes have already begun.
The technician cleans up in the pool when there is a workout, and in the locker room - when people change clothes. The floor is slippery after such cleaning and it is impossible to walk on it normally. There is so much water in the locker room that socks then need to be dried with a hairdryer…
Disinfection of shower cabins was carried out 2 times in our presence, which is unacceptable according to sanitary standards, such work should be carried out at the end of the working day!
At the same time, payment is required strongly in advance, they start to remind you about the payment for services for the next month already on the 18th of the previous month!
There is only 1 hair dryer in the pool, which you need to ask the administrator every time. There is no hair dryer in the public domain.
The company rents out an area for a coffee machine, making a profit here, but there is not a single cooler with water for children. According to the head, children under 10 do not need drinking water…Maximizing profits while minimizing costs!))
In a chat created to discuss changes in the operation of the pool, various services are advertised endlessly. I asked not to send spam, but my request was ignored(
Instead of listening to the comments of customers and improving the service, the hostess immediately expels "inconvenient" customers to her. So it happened with us, we were simply confronted with the fact that the contract was terminated))
Every day Irina came up with and sent us new reasons for which she "terminated" the contract, the person could not decide))
As a result, I stopped at the reason that the coach will no longer work with children of our age.
After a basic check, it turned out that this was a lie! Irina herself deceives customers, and also asks her employees to blatantly lie! And they lie for fear of losing their jobs.
The fact that such termination of the contract is illegal does not bother Irina))
Draw conclusions: Irina may not like you and the contract will be terminated with you, unilaterally and on the basis of which there is not a word in the contract))
During all the time of our disagreements, Irina never contacted on her own behalf, she conducted communication on behalf of the administrator))
The child had previously been engaged in different pools, but I have not yet met such disrespect for clients from the management!((
