The hotel has been renovated. Everything is clean and beautiful. The staff is friendly. The room is clean. There are all accessories except toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers. The breakfast is a buffet, very generous and delicious. A large selection of dishes. I liked everything very much. Excellent combination: proximity to the center and all attractions, price for accommodation and service. I recommend it to all tourists.
Great hotel. Both the location and the numbers. Everything is very modern. It's clear what you're paying for. One of the elderly reception staff was disappointed with his ill-will.
At the time of the visit (12.19), everything is new, it opened a few months before us. They were even finishing something at the hotel. There were no cameras. The renovation is at the highest level. The room got a view of the cathedral - very beautiful) naturally everything is clean. There are ecological napkins and toilet paper in the bathroom, well, the level is clear. It is located in a very convenient place, you understand this when you start to move around the sights. We also walked, in any direction there are iconic places and a stop nearby and the metro. The breakfasts are great. They put three meals a day in one breakfast. There are pastries, salads, hot dishes, porridges, fruits and nuts of all kinds for both vegans and those on a diet. In one word, super. They are even allowed to take it out, in any case, I have observed it many times and have not made a remark to anyone. But there was one disadvantage in the hotel, which will eventually be destroyed, and the plus is cleaning. Despite the stated "once in three days", we have not been cleaned once in 10 days! Apparently they think that there is nothing to clean in the new hotel. I have already started to clean my hair from the bathroom floor by myself, since it is not pleasant to live in mud. But beer was poured on the table, and the stain remained to soak into the new furniture until the end, I would have cleaned it myself, but there are no rags, and towels are worth their weight in gold, since they were changed 2 days before departure, fortunately they were initially enough. Even though we were told: "if towels need to be changed, put them on the floor, the cleaner will replace them." We put it down, it failed for 2 days and everything became clear to us. I didn't go to make a row, because it was Christmas and I didn't want to spoil the mood, and the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel covered everything. By the way, the cleaner was in the room regularly - she made the bed and changed the bed, so we determined her visits. But I recommend the hotel and I would go there again.
