Excellent repair service! We did everything quickly, efficiently and with a guarantee (which was very pleasantly surprised). Special thanks to the receptionists and the repairman - we solved the problem within a day!
An incomprehensible office. They say on the phone, come, we'll fix everything, and when I arrived from the other side of the city, the ladies at the reception wonder why I came if such a tool is not being repaired. They say that there are no spare parts, without even looking at the model of the device. Although Wildberries has plenty of spare parts for this compressor.
A huge selection of spare parts for gasoline and power tools, a search on the website in the catalog or through a phone call to an employee, it is not always possible to get through, since there is a large flow of customers and the employee may be busy. The prices are adequate.
A very non-customer-oriented organization, under warranty, they dealt with the breakdown for three weeks, answered questions on the phone about the timing with obvious irritation, as a result, they changed the terminal block, which turned out to be cracked.
When handing over a chainsaw under warranty (warranty of 2 years for the product) purchased in the 21st century and specifying a description of the malfunction, (there is no spark from the ignition coil) they remove the exhaust pipe casing of the chainsaw, and noticing scratches (bullies) on the piston, they remove it from the warranty so as not to eliminate the malfunction specified in the warranty certificate, while not even fixing the muffler casing itself (having lost the fastening bolt), they send it to the customer. The conclusion of the service center: "Removal of the piston group defect from the warranty. The use of a low-quality fuel mixture." Any consumer can find himself in such a situation and be left with nothing - a guarantee at his own expense. In my opinion, the company "Horns and Hooves" and the specialists are recruited according to the ad.
I ordered spare parts for my WATT WWS-1200 grinder in Mogilev from Malti Service. Honestly, I did not expect such excellent service, as well as customer care. Both Lyudmila, the sales specialist, and the courier-driver showed the highest level of service. Since the king is played by the retinue, the head of this organization really deserves praise! Peace and Goodness to all!
They can't repair the saw for a month. First, the wrong carburetor was brought (the question is, which specialist ordered the wrong thing?). Then they took spare parts for the old carburetor for another week. Not a word, not a breath. I've been trying to get through. I was first in line for five minutes, then suddenly it turned out that all the specialists were busy. Full kapets
I was repairing a turbine from a professional vacuum cleaner, they promised that they would fix it in a couple of days. As a result, during the week there was no hearing or spirit from them. It is almost impossible to get through to yourself, the dial goes on for half an hour, then the manager picks up, promises to find out everything and call back and disappears, respectively, without even thinking to call back. I have to call myself again for half an hour. We were "fed breakfast" for 2 weeks, they said that they had already put it to work and everything would be ready soon. The manager stupidly lied that they had already rewound the motor winding, and they needed to wait until the varnish dried, check its operability and be able to transfer it to the pick-up point. As a result, they said they couldn't fix it, they say, come pick it up if you need it. I passed it on Independence and I need to go to the countryside to pick it up. When I picked it up, I had to wait another 1 hour for the manager to deign to deal with my question, although there was no queue. And the question is for 2 minutes, just give me back my thing, which they had on the shelf and I showed them that they say here is my turbine. When I took it away, it was clear that no one had even looked at it or diagnosed it.
In short, I highly recommend this service if you do not want to lose your time, nerves and money (I have a downtime for 2 weeks because of them, since the turbine is used in a vacuum cleaner for cleaning upholstered furniture, which I work with)
PS Took the turbine and brought it to another service on the same day, on the recommendation of a friend They diagnosed it right in front of me and I picked it up a day later.
Work with customers is absolutely not organized. They hang up the phone, you call a single number and you don't know where to get through, you explain who you are several times to clarify information about the readiness of the order. Tactless and biased communication with clients.
