terribly uncomfortable seats, if you have to transfer at night you will have to sit on iron chairs. There are no drinking fountains. All shops are closed at night.

Milan airport is very big and filled with technology.

Zero comfort. Infinite line to passport control, lost and found is somewhere under the tail. Poor navigation. Guys you really need to do something to improve, otherwise it is pre historical airport.
