Good day! We stayed at this hotel in December 2023 without breakfast. The hotel matches the description on the website. I really liked the location... in the south side of Patong, away from the noise, near the market, shops, massage parlors, relatively close to the beach, 2 lines from the sea. Clean, cozy, large room. Room cleaning, coffee, water every day, hot water always, air conditioning works perfectly. There is a swimming pool on the roof. I can't hear the neighbors. The staff is friendly and ready to help, but they hardly speak Russian. English or a translator to help.

We had a rest in Tae in November 18. The hotel is nice. He was worth his money. For breakfast, meager scrambled eggs and toast. In general, the norms.
It's clean and cozy, the condo is working. The room is clean.
There is nothing to do on Patong Beach, don't waste your time. Just a bike or a tuk tuk. The govnotechka River flows near Patong Beach. All this remains in the bay and the people bathe in it.
I took bike driving lessons and we toured the whole of Phuket. I think we drove about 350 km.
The rest was a thrill.
