What I Liked:
I found Hotel Malika by searching on the map. However, when I arrived, I realized it’s in an incredibly central location. On its category it definately deserves 5* from me.
The farthest historical monument from the hotel is the Bukhara Fortress, and you can even walk there through the side streets in just 7 minutes. Such a fantastic location at such reasonable prices is a rare opportunity.
On the other hand, no matter how good a hotel is, the attitude of the staff and management is extremely important. At this hotel, we were greeted with the warm hospitality I’m used to in my own country. From the receptionists to the cleaning staff, from the restaurant team to other employees, everyone is incredibly helpful, understanding, and easy to communicate with. Rest assured, they will support you in every way possible. They all speak quite good English and some other languages such as Turkish, Russian etc.
Right next to the hotel, you’ll find beautiful cafes, historical sites, squares, authentic shops, museums, and transportation options—all within easy reach.
The hotel is brand new but built in harmony with the local, historical architecture. High ceilings, comfortable beds, window screens, top-brand bathroom amenities, luxurious and stylish touches, spacious and beautifully designed bright rooms await you.
A lovely area has been designed in the hotel courtyard where you can smoke or sit at a low table. The breakfast also had a very rich variety.
I will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone.

What I Didn’t Like:
Overall, everything was perfect, but if I must write something, I can only mention these minor points...
It would have been great if the hotel’s restaurant, which is still under construction, had been completed. It would also be nice if the windows in the rooms could open upward. The sidewalks around the hotel are being renovated, so some areas might be a bit dusty, but I assume this isn’t the hotel’s fault and will be resolved soon.
I wish everyone a visit to the hotel, the location is excellent, the cleanliness is top notch, the breakfasts are hearty, the staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean, there are showers with a bathtub, the beds are luxurious, the bed is white, it's nice to go to bed. I advise everyone, welcome.
A wonderful quiet hotel just a step away from the center. The room is spacious and cozy, there is everything you need. The cleanliness is perfect. The staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfasts are varied and hearty, everything is fresh, delicious pastries.
I've stayed at this hotel three times. And I will come again. There are many advantages: the location, delicious breakfasts, and the staff are helpful. They recently renovated one of the buildings, making it even more comfortable.
The friendliness and professionalism of the staff, a lovely room with a comfortable bed and a delicious buffet - all this made our stay.
Great hotel!
We recommend it.
Great hotel! Excellent service, the room exceeded expectations, the cleanliness is perfect! The breakfasts are delicious with fresh homemade pastries. Friendly and very smiling staff.
The hotel is located in the center of the tourist zone, very cozy, comfortable and quiet. All its employees are very friendly, attentive, well-mannered, educated and professional. The room is spacious enough and has everything you need. Everything is very clean. I would especially like to mention a very comfortable bed- we slept like marmots, sound, even deep sleep on all 4 pillows! I put 5 stars not in order to evaluate the work of the hotel, but 10 stars (not enough in the offer) for my feeling of all kinds of comfort, and pleasure, sunny mood, peace of mind that were obtained while staying in it. The managers invited us to the ceremony of cooking and eating real Bukhara pilaf. Dear readers! It's just A MUST-try!Thank you very much to all the staff of the hotel! A quiet, relaxing holiday with walks under the bright warm sun, blue sky, meetings with ordinary people, excursions around the city and beyond - what else is needed for relaxation and a good rest!
A fairly new hotel in the very center of old Bukhara. There are no problems with water, including hot water, which happens in Bukhara. Perfect stable Wi-Fi. The location is excellent, close to all the main tourist attractions, but at the same time it is quiet and peaceful in the evenings under the windows. Good breakfasts.
The hotel is located in the very center of historical Bukhara. It is convenient to walk both in the afternoon and in the evening. You can walk to the fortress and then to the market. One of the disadvantages is that it's hard to get a taxi.
A cozy, conveniently located hotel in the old town.
Thank you very much to the hotel staff for their understanding and help in solving booking problems: we booked through the islet service, the islet wrote off the money, but there was no reservation in the system. Be sure to contact the hotels before check-in to check your reservation! Sometimes our booking systems fail.
The hotel is located very close to the main attractions (a 5-minute walk will take you to an old shopping street, an old very authentic-looking market with souvenirs).
A very comfortable mattress! Towels are changed daily.
Good breakfasts: buffet, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, etc. are prepared on request.
Repairs have now begun in one of the hotel's buildings, but given its configuration, this is unlikely to interfere with other guests.
The hotel itself is located in an ancient architectural monument. Opposite is the ancient temple of fire, later converted into a madrasah, now there is a carpet museum.
I definitely recommend it.
The room smells like dirt!!! Disgusting dirty carpet! It feels like the whole city is walking on it in street shoes🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Dirty, dusty balcony. The toilet smells of sewage and urine. There was a strong smell of fragrances in the lobby and in the room. They probably mask the smell of dirt. Because it smells like dirt.
The breakfasts are very meager, the tablecloths don't change from the word at all. It's all stained. A shaving mirror and a towel holder were torn off in the bathroom. The towel dryer is not working.
Excellent mini-hotel in the old town of Bukhara. Friendly staff at the reception. The rooms are very spacious, new plumbing in the bathroom, there were no problems with hot water.
A good hotel. It is super located, i.e. in the center next to all the attractions, but a little bit to the side. The level and comfort are quite European. The room is huge and great. But I don't know if they are all that good.) Breakfast, as usual in Uzbekistan, is wonderful. A good, standard hotel for a tourist.

A wonderful hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, disposable slippers in the rooms. There are no toothbrushes.
The main advantage, of course, is the location of the hotel: it is located in the center of the old town. But this plus is complemented by other positive aspects.
The place is beautiful, one of the best. The staff is well-trained, the receptionist always gets up when guests enter. The owner is very attentive to everything. The rooms are beautiful, the interior is unusual. The rooms are very interestingly located. There are many of them, and many have an entrance through a wonderful courtyard. There is a minus - it's breakfast. There seems to be a lot of choice, but the food is cold. They don't know how to keep dishes warm. But, the omelet is prepared individually.
There is a double impression, they do not give water to the rooms, you need to go to dial yourself with a jug, there are no slippers and toothbrushes, you have to go to ask for everything.
Lovely staff: Amir at the reception and Aziz at the restaurant were very friendly and nice. Aziz speaks excellent Russian, it was very interesting to talk. The other guys are all friendly too. The room is spacious, the breakfast is sufficient. Slightly lowered the rating for the bathroom: old cheap plumbing, it's inconvenient to take a shower in the bathtub. And the location couldn't be better, in the center of the old town.
Great hotel. The rooms are very spacious and decorated in an oriental style. You get into a fairy tale. They are cleaned every day.
A cozy courtyard with a fountain, trestles and tables.
The location is perfect. All the most popular sights of Bukhara are nearby.
The breakfast buffet is quite varied.
A hotel in the heart of Bukhara. Clean small rooms, cleaning every day, friendly helpful staff, good wifi, breakfast is quite decent. The only thing I would like to find fault with is that the water temperature jumps very much when you wash, from boiling water to cold, you have to adjust.
Located in the historical center, courteous staff, nice room, very fast and steady wifi. So if you want to work, it's an ideal option. :-)
During our visit there was a small concert of live classical music.
In general, I recommend it.
Great hotel. Ideally located. Everything is close. The staff is polite and professional. Clear. Daily cleaning service. The linen is clean. Buffet breakfast. The range is more than. I recommend.
Great hotel! Clean, cozy, in the center of the Old Town. There are disposable slippers, shampoos, gels, soap. The room has a hairdryer, safe, TV, air conditioning.
Good breakfasts, tea, coffee, juices. They made scrambled eggs. You can sit on the patio. There is a transfer from/to the train station. It is more expensive than a taxi, but they were met at the train with a sign and taken directly to the hotel.
A good combination of price and comfort, We lived 5 days in this hotel, in principle we liked everything, and the memories remained positive. They accept payment by cards.
We were there when it was being renovated. The service is very good. The rooms are simple, the furniture is wooden, stylized. There are no towel rails, I had to dry things on the battery.
Excellent location, right in the center of old Bukhara. All the sights are within easy reach. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room has comfortable beds, air conditioning, comfortable furniture. A cozy courtyard, good breakfasts.
A good hotel. It is located in the city center, all the sights are within walking distance. The breakfasts are standard, as everywhere else. The staff is polite.

Excellent location in the historical center, in a pedestrian zone, but next to a car patch where you can take a taxi. Impeccable service: cleaning and changing of towels and disposable slippers every day. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. We came here on December 31, when most restaurants in Bukhara are closed. I called the hotel the day before, and at my request, lunch was prepared for us (moreover, not an ordinary one, but a vegetarian one!), although the hotel restaurant was not working. The staff is very helpful in everything, very attentive - to the smallest detail. We lived in the "old" building on the 2nd floor. 37 room is spacious (for three), like most rooms in the "old" building - almost without Windows, the furniture is not new. But the bathroom is fresh and European, and the room is in Bukhara style, atmospheric, photogenic, comfortable. It was nice to celebrate the new year in it. Thanks to the hotel staff for their warmth, responsiveness, coziness and comfort!
The breakfasts are very good. 4+.
It is relatively quiet (there is a construction site near 9:00), the rest of the time it is quiet.
It's spacious.
Great location.
Responsive staff.
And in general it is cozy.
I have never regretted staying here.
A good chain hotel with a national flavor. Conveniently located in the very center. Very clean. The rooms are cleaned every day. Excellent wi-fi. A good breakfast. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We recommend it!
Excellent hotel, perfectly located in the center of the old town, all the main attractions are within walking distance. Very tasty breakfast, polite Russian-speaking staff, comfortable rooms.
A great hotel. It is very conveniently located. Beautiful inside, with good energy. A cozy courtyard. Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast. The staff is very polite and professional.
I liked everything. The location, the territory of the hotel, the room itself, equipment, cleanliness. The breakfast buffet is beyond praise. Very polite and hospitable staff. We were satisfied with everything, we will recommend it to our friends.
A very cozy hotel, you can recommend it! It's clear! The room has everything you need and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included in the price. Everything is standard here: cheese, meat, vegetable slicing; porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes, tea /coffee. The staff is smiling and courteous. Thank you for your hospitality!
A lovely hotel in the old town. Friendly staff, cleanliness in the rooms and common areas, delicious breakfasts. All this leaves a favorable impression and makes your vacation more pleasant.

In the very center of the city, the rooms are warm and comfortable, the hotel is located in a renovated old caravanserai, exotic, the Internet is excellent throughout the territory
We stayed at the hotel in February 2023. Malika Hotel is located in the historical part of the city of Bukhara in the building of the former Chinese-Russian bank. A very convenient location (to the heel, where the taxi arrives at hand). Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Delicious and varied breakfasts. The rooms are spacious and warm. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Staying and socializing in this hotel left only the most pleasant impressions!
The main thing is that the hotel is located in the old town. Everything is nearby! The service is on the level! It is clear that they are trying, there are shortcomings, but they are insignificant! A good and rich breakfast. The staff is attentive and helpful! I definitely recommend you to visit. Good luck to everyone!
