A good hotel. It is super located, i.e. in the center next to all the attractions, but a little bit to the side. The level and comfort are quite European. The room is huge and great. But I don't know if they are all that good.) Breakfast, as usual in Uzbekistan, is wonderful. A good, standard hotel for a tourist.
The hotel is located in the center of the tourist zone, very cozy, comfortable and quiet. All its employees are very friendly, attentive, well-mannered, educated and professional. The room is spacious enough and has everything you need. Everything is very clean. I would especially like to mention a very comfortable bed- we slept like marmots, sound, even deep sleep on all 4 pillows! I put 5 stars not in order to evaluate the work of the hotel, but 10 stars (not enough in the offer) for my feeling of all kinds of comfort, and pleasure, sunny mood, peace of mind that were obtained while staying in it. The managers invited us to the ceremony of cooking and eating real Bukhara pilaf. Dear readers! It's just A MUST-try!Thank you very much to all the staff of the hotel! A quiet, relaxing holiday with walks under the bright warm sun, blue sky, meetings with ordinary people, excursions around the city and beyond - what else is needed for relaxation and a good rest!
A cozy, conveniently located hotel in the old town.
Thank you very much to the hotel staff for their understanding and help in solving booking problems: we booked through the islet service, the islet wrote off the money, but there was no reservation in the system. Be sure to contact the hotels before check-in to check your reservation! Sometimes our booking systems fail.
The hotel is located very close to the main attractions (a 5-minute walk will take you to an old shopping street, an old very authentic-looking market with souvenirs).
A very comfortable mattress! Towels are changed daily.
Good breakfasts: buffet, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, etc. are prepared on request.
Repairs have now begun in one of the hotel's buildings, but given its configuration, this is unlikely to interfere with other guests.
The hotel itself is located in an ancient architectural monument. Opposite is the ancient temple of fire, later converted into a madrasah, now there is a carpet museum.
I definitely recommend it.
The place is beautiful, one of the best. The staff is well-trained, the receptionist always gets up when guests enter. The owner is very attentive to everything. The rooms are beautiful, the interior is unusual. The rooms are very interestingly located. There are many of them, and many have an entrance through a wonderful courtyard. There is a minus - it's breakfast. There seems to be a lot of choice, but the food is cold. They don't know how to keep dishes warm. But, the omelet is prepared individually.
A hotel in the heart of Bukhara. Clean small rooms, cleaning every day, friendly helpful staff, good wifi, breakfast is quite decent. The only thing I would like to find fault with is that the water temperature jumps very much when you wash, from boiling water to cold, you have to adjust.
Lovely staff: Amir at the reception and Aziz at the restaurant were very friendly and nice. Aziz speaks excellent Russian, it was very interesting to talk. The other guys are all friendly too. The room is spacious, the breakfast is sufficient. Slightly lowered the rating for the bathroom: old cheap plumbing, it's inconvenient to take a shower in the bathtub. And the location couldn't be better, in the center of the old town.
Great hotel. The rooms are very spacious and decorated in an oriental style. You get into a fairy tale. They are cleaned every day.
A cozy courtyard with a fountain, trestles and tables.
The location is perfect. All the most popular sights of Bukhara are nearby.
The breakfast buffet is quite varied.
Located in the historical center, courteous staff, nice room, very fast and steady wifi. So if you want to work, it's an ideal option. :-)
During our visit there was a small concert of live classical music.
In general, I recommend it.
Excellent location, right in the center of old Bukhara. All the sights are within easy reach. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room has comfortable beds, air conditioning, comfortable furniture. A cozy courtyard, good breakfasts.
Great hotel. Ideally located. Everything is close. The staff is polite and professional. Clear. Daily cleaning service. The linen is clean. Buffet breakfast. The range is more than. I recommend.
A good chain hotel with a national flavor. Conveniently located in the very center. Very clean. The rooms are cleaned every day. Excellent wi-fi. A good breakfast. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We recommend it!
The breakfasts are very good. 4+.
It is relatively quiet (there is a construction site near 9:00), the rest of the time it is quiet.
It's spacious.
Great location.
Responsive staff.
And in general it is cozy.
I have never regretted staying here.
A good combination of price and comfort, We lived 5 days in this hotel, in principle we liked everything, and the memories remained positive. They accept payment by cards.
Good afternoon! We had a rest in Malik Bukhara, Khan Samarkand and Arkanchi hotels in Khiva. A permanent tour operator, trusted, but in vain!!! 3 stars were purchased. It doesn't even pull for one. Rooms with mold and a terrible smell, it was only through perseverance and scandal that we managed to agree on a slightly better room, which, as they said earlier, does not exist!!! They lie and speculate on fools. The food is simple, but it is a "mixture" of no meat, no fish, no fruit, no sweets.... Only rotten oranges and cookies soaked in water.... In general, you can't eat it! And the one who came in the first 30 minutes is not hungry, then there is nothing and they do not fall asleep… Goodies have to be bought at the market! The staff are angry and dissatisfied. The contingent at the hotel, mostly elderly people.Disgusting place. Just disgusting! To say that we are disappointed is to say nothing. We are not the most demanding tourists, but I would like to see the elementary cleanliness in the hotel. We were settled in a room with cockroaches, dirt, peeling walls, stained towels, stained bed linen, shabby furniture, black fungus and mold everywhere in the bathroom, the smell is appropriate. Rooms are simply not possible for human habitation.
A meager Swedish line! dull and sleepy staff! The atmosphere of relaxation and the fact
that you are welcome – NO! Budget hotel!!! See an honest review with humor.
A hotel for a budget holiday! Bread with mold and sour milk. Only Hotels of the Malik Bukhara, Khan Samarkand and Arkanchi chains in Khiva could spoil a short rest like that. Going into the bathroom I wanted to raise a scandal there was garbage left in the bucket from previous guests on the floor so much hair that I can't describe! Disgusting and unpleasant! Most likely I will not stay there anymore and of course I will not recommend it to my friends as before. They don't know how to work there anymore! Let's summarize. For the money they paid, they could relax in a more comfortable and pleasant place. I ask the hotel staff not to try to comment on my review, it's just my opinion. And I'm not interested in your opinion. Keep all your threats and insults to yourself.

We were there when it was being renovated. The service is very good. The rooms are simple, the furniture is wooden, stylized. There are no towel rails, I had to dry things on the battery.
A very cozy hotel, you can recommend it! It's clear! The room has everything you need and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included in the price. Everything is standard here: cheese, meat, vegetable slicing; porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes, tea /coffee. The staff is smiling and courteous. Thank you for your hospitality!
Excellent hotel, perfectly located in the center of the old town, all the main attractions are within walking distance. Very tasty breakfast, polite Russian-speaking staff, comfortable rooms.
The main thing is that the hotel is located in the old town. Everything is nearby! The service is on the level! It is clear that they are trying, there are shortcomings, but they are insignificant! A good and rich breakfast. The staff is attentive and helpful! I definitely recommend you to visit. Good luck to everyone!

Excellent location in the historical center, in a pedestrian zone, but next to a car patch where you can take a taxi. Impeccable service: cleaning and changing of towels and disposable slippers every day. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. We came here on December 31, when most restaurants in Bukhara are closed. I called the hotel the day before, and at my request, lunch was prepared for us (moreover, not an ordinary one, but a vegetarian one!), although the hotel restaurant was not working. The staff is very helpful in everything, very attentive - to the smallest detail. We lived in the "old" building on the 2nd floor. 37 room is spacious (for three), like most rooms in the "old" building - almost without Windows, the furniture is not new. But the bathroom is fresh and European, and the room is in Bukhara style, atmospheric, photogenic, comfortable. It was nice to celebrate the new year in it. Thanks to the hotel staff for their warmth, responsiveness, coziness and comfort!
We stayed at the hotel in February 2023. Malika Hotel is located in the historical part of the city of Bukhara in the building of the former Chinese-Russian bank. A very convenient location (to the heel, where the taxi arrives at hand). Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Delicious and varied breakfasts. The rooms are spacious and warm. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Staying and socializing in this hotel left only the most pleasant impressions!
Great hotel! Clean, cozy, in the center of the Old Town. There are disposable slippers, shampoos, gels, soap. The room has a hairdryer, safe, TV, air conditioning.
Good breakfasts, tea, coffee, juices. They made scrambled eggs. You can sit on the patio. There is a transfer from/to the train station. It is more expensive than a taxi, but they were met at the train with a sign and taken directly to the hotel.
It is located in the very center of Bukhara. The staff is very friendly and speaks excellent Russian. The hotel has a courtyard with tables and dastarkhans. A varied breakfast.
Great. From the location to the staff. The only inconvenience is an unobvious passage if you use the navigator. Well, parking is not at the door, but otherwise, honestly for your money. The suites are large enough, water of any kind with decent pressure, air conditioning is trying. I recommend.
A great hotel. It is very conveniently located. Beautiful inside, with good energy. A cozy courtyard. Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast. The staff is very polite and professional.
The hotel is good for everyone, in the center of the ancient city, excellent beds, everything is nearby, a super balcony with carved wood in the deluxe room, a full breakfast with hot food.
A good hotel. It is located in the city center, all the sights are within walking distance. The breakfasts are standard, as everywhere else. The staff is polite.
That was the worst impression. I hope I will never find myself in the Khan Samarkand and Malika Bukhara hotel chain anymore in this hotel and I strongly advise no one to spoil their vacation with such impressions.
Very nice hotel, located in a quiet side street in the old town, within walking distance to historical attractions. The staff is very attentive.
I recommend.
Good location close to all the sights, in a pedestrian zone. Quietly, calmly.
One disadvantage is that a taxi cannot get to the hotel, you need to go to the parking lot with your luggage.
An ordinary hotel like this.
Don't get fooled by switched-off breakfasts - they're not even worth mentioning.
The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and cozy.
A lovely hotel in the old town. Friendly staff, cleanliness in the rooms and common areas, delicious breakfasts. All this leaves a favorable impression and makes your vacation more pleasant.

In the very center of the city, the rooms are warm and comfortable, the hotel is located in a renovated old caravanserai, exotic, the Internet is excellent throughout the territory
I liked everything. The location, the territory of the hotel, the room itself, equipment, cleanliness. The breakfast buffet is beyond praise. Very polite and hospitable staff. We were satisfied with everything, we will recommend it to our friends.
Great place, delicious breakfasts, varied, porridge tastes better than at home))
The rooms are very clean, cozy, friendly staff, attentive.
I recommend this hotel
We liked it!
However, we only stayed for one night! But if we go to Bukhara again, we will most likely stop here too! The hotel is in the very center, a street with shopping domes starts from it. And the hotel itself is in the building of the old caravanserai! All the sights are just around the corner!
A great hotel. Polite staff. Delicious breakfast. The location is suitable for tourists who want to wake up and immediately find themselves in a fairy tale))
The breakfasts are normal, the location is excellent, I reduce the star for repairs in the rooms, the rooms need updating, the hotel clearly does not pull for 4 * as stated, except that only the staff, there are no questions for him, everything is fine.
