Well, what can I say. I was passing through my hometown. Friends suggested going to Malibu. The feeling of visiting is very so-so. Since I grew up in Kobrin, and I remember "Titanic", "mirror" and "rainbow" I expected something more. Well, let's go in order.
1. Sound. In the beginning, until one o'clock in the morning, the sound was quiet, but at the same time legible and distinct. It was comfortable to be in the center of the dance floor, and it was quiet around the edges of the hall. After the "live" sound started, the situation changed radically. The DJ, clearly trying to squeeze everything out of the speakers, stupidly turned everything to the maximum. As a result, the music turned into a monotonous noise, the bass practically did not increase. The lyrics of the songs could only be partially guessed. So there are 3 extra charges.
2. Light. Well, you should at least go to the Brest bars, see how and what is highlighted. There are too few strobe lights for the dance floor, and the edges are too bright. Also 3.
3. Probably the most disgusting thing was the lack of ventilation, did you go completely crazy there? There are more than a hundred sweaty bodies in the hall, hookahs, people smoking vapes in the corners, zero hoods!!! I am silent about the air conditioners, they are either turned off or broken. By 3 a.m., the dance floor had turned into a smelly greenhouse. I do not know the reasons why you can bring it to this. Is it not disgusting to work in such an atmosphere?
It's a pity, of course, I expected something more. I will definitely not be going to visit this institution on my way to Kobrin.

Girls who are kind of hired and dancing on stage is a separate conversation. I advise the management to send these girls to dance training, ordinary guests dance much better and are not so wooden. I advise the DJ's management to keep their word, and not to talk nonsense. It doesn't decorate a man, even if he tries to dress like a rapper. It's the restraint of the word that makes a man beautiful, not his outfit. As a guest of your city, I was shocked by the attitude, because our entrance is free and the DJ works for the client, not for his own interest. If you want prosperity, change the hired DJ. Your DJ will work for Klua's interest, not the other way around.

It's a disgusting place. I have never seen a worse service!
It is very difficult to get through to book a table. Sometimes they are unavailable, sometimes they just don't pick up the phone. It was difficult to get through. We booked a table for 4 people in advance, asked in the disco hall, when we came to rest it turned out (we were confronted with the fact already on the spot) that another company of 4 people would be planted with us! We were not warned about this in advance, we were not asked if we wanted to stay on such terms! This is terrible! Okay, we decided not to spoil our evening and not to swear, we sat down at the table(it was sticky, very upset by this fact). We ordered 2 cocktails. They brought it quickly, but they are not worth their money, they did not like it. It's hard to spoil vodka with juice, but the bartender did it.
When paying for the entrance, we were given a flyer for a free cocktail (for entering in a suit). We approached the barman to order, he laughed at us, said that these "papers" did not work and in general it had to be done before 12. (Although we entered only after 12). The conditions were not spelled out anywhere. The staff said different things. Apparently we did not agree with each other in advance🥲 In general, we felt like a participant in a scam😔
Paying for the order and leaving quietly turned out to be a problem too. The waitress came up to us only once during the whole time, it didn't work out to order something, ask for a check, respectively, too. I had to look for it on my own to pay and leave.
They asked for a complaint book, waited for it for 20 minutes, the administrator threw it on the bar without even listening to what the problem was.(indifferent attitude towards customers)
We forgot our jacket. The next day they came to pick me up. The doors were open, there was no one in the place. No one came out to answer our requests. We took our jacket ourselves, left a number and left....
I would also like to mention the music and equipment. IT'S TERRIBLE!!! After turning on the microphone, it became impossible to be there. The sound is terrible, scratchy, it gave me a headache and we left faster.
P.S. What is the conclusion? We don't set foot in this place anymore. I want to forget it like a bad dream. We have never met with a more boorish attitude.
