All stations are open, there is always free space, at least some infrastructure nearby. One of the best charging stations in the city, I recommend it.

Everything is always busy with taxi drivers, not all charging stations work at some stations

Well, why doesn't malanka make a slow port on her chargers? Not all cars have fast charging. Plus, slow ports are not reflected in the application, although in fact they are there and working.
