This is not a hotel, and certainly not a 4*! It's just the 1st floor in the house. More like a hostel. Breakfast is brought to the room. There is no elevator. We had a room booked, but there were no seats there and they did not see our reservation. Maybe we were lucky. But it took a lot of time for the trial. There are even no windows in some rooms, and if there are, they go out onto a noisy street.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Baku.Polite staff, reasonable prices. Comfortable mattresses.
