The managers of this company deliberately bypass this point during communication with the client and wait for the prepayment. But after paying, it turns out that you need to pay much more than for the same job on average in the city. All these tricks are diligently executed by a contract and other papers that do not allow you to take away your hard-earned prepayment in court.
I do not recommend it, in short, I lost the prepayment, and I had to order the site from others.
