Pros-this is my club for 6 years now, invariably! Cons-we want to go to the summer courts! We are waiting for the opening all winter, but this year there are problems with time. Appreciate us- your guests!

The coach unilaterally canceled the training session (pre-paid) 2 hours before it started. The solution to the replacement issue is entirely on the client, the client is simply confronted with the fact that there will be no training. Then do whatever you want. This is not normal. It is normal when they first look for a replacement coach, and then inform the client about it. But more than one voice message in whatsapp cancels a workout and the client is suddenly left 1:1 with a solution to this issue. A spoiled mood and attitude towards the tennis center is guaranteed. I was looking for a center for regular classes closer to home, but with a format where canceling classes a couple of hours before training and leaving the client 1:1 with this problem is disrespect and disregard. I recommend choosing another center better, where paid training sessions take place according to a schedule and are not unilaterally canceled. I would like either the issue to be resolved, or the management saw this review and took action. You can check with the administrators for my number if you want to resolve the issue and sort out the situation. The reservation was for classes with Vitaly on 30.07.
