The location is excellent, the central park of the city is located nearby, which has a lot to see. But the rest leaves much to be desired, the electrics in the rooms are done strangely, the water supply is too (not all rooms have hot water, or we were just unlucky). If you are ready to put up with some difficulties, but be in the very center of the city, then you can consider this option.

The hotel is nice, especially the convenient location. Very close to the Oxaroy complex in Shakhrisabz. I cannot praise the hotel's service, as there are not enough staff, and the wires are open in the rooms. Towels are poorly washed and very hard. Bathrobes are not provided, slippers also had to be requested. I mentioned the services not mentioned because, despite the prices of a 4-star hotel, they provide services at the 1-star level

A swanky hotel on the outside and no one inside. The rooms of the hotel rather resemble the rooms of a student dormitory. Inattentive staff who do not always pay attention to your requests. We have never seen a more modest breakfast. We do not recommend this hotel. On our next visit to Shakhrisabz, we will definitely try to find an alternative to it.

Хорошая гостиница. Чистая, после обновления ремонта. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, в номере дают полотенца (3 штуки -банное , для рук и ног), зубная паста и щетка, гель для душа (флакон на человека) и шампунь (флакон на человека). Номера чистые, постельное белье свежее. Имеются телевизор (на тот момент были только местные каналы), кондиционер, чиллер, Wi-Fi, парковка. Завтрак включен в стоимость (шведский стол).

Like everything in Uzbekistan with a large scale and oriental flavor , this hotel is no exception ! Reasonable prices, friendly staff, the only breakfast was included, but we didn't get to them

Positive:
+ convenient location
+ free parking is available
+ polite staff
+ good infrastructure
Minuses:
- does not connect to Wi-fi in rooms
- unpleasant smell from towels
I'm not saying anything about breakfast, everyone has their own taste. I never complain about food

Гостиница хорошая новая, ремонтные работы внутренней отделки до сих пор продалжаются. Номера чистые, есть wi-fi. В нашем номере (3-х местный) под дверью в номер была щель 3-5 см, не знаю почему так сделали?! Ночью прибижали из банкета, скорей всего со свадьбы лоси (др. постояльцы), начали громко разговаривать и шуметь в холле во весь голос. Это продолжалась примерно пол часа пока все не рассосались по своим номерам. Весь этот шум был слышан в нашем номере из этой щели под дверью, кроме того всю ночь свет из коридора через эту щель бил в глаза (((. Пришлось бросить покрывала под дверь и таким образом компенсировать не дочет. На завтрак подали готовые блюда кашу, сосиски и жаренные яйца, шведского стола не было. В целом гостиница понравилась, но впечетления остались не лучшие.

Плохие условия. Не удобные номера и кровати. Если надо чтобы работали розетки, чтобы зарядить гаджеты, нужно спать со светом (мастер выключатель объединён со светом в номере). Очень плохие завтраки. Отвратительный персонал, который не то что идёт на встречу, а даже не выполняет свои обязанности.

Не берите номера с видом на проезжую улицу, окна никакие в закрытом состоянии как будто они открыты, в люксе сантехника уставшая, хотя недавно был ремонт. Должно быть постельное белье, а не покрывало и подушка без наволочки. Завтраки тоже никакие, может конечно для Шахрисабз это лучшее предложение.

We stayed here for 2 days, the joypashuv point is amazing, just next to the Oqsaroy square. It is located in the heart of the city and its rooms are cozy.
