I support all the negative reviews about the company. I and 2 other people asked for help in 2023. During the banal drafting of the service agreement, mistakes were made (incorrect names, surnames, etc.), okay, they were redone..further, on the day when the ready-made documents were given to us, errors were found in the READY-MADE documents: the city of birth did not match in the questionnaire, the wrong name of the place of work, the address of the hotel. We pointed this out to the staff, they fixed it....on the day of applying for a visa, at the visa application center itself, we are told about the shortage of one document (one hotel reservation was missing), we had to quickly book and print everything for our money. It was lucky that a nice girl came across and pointed this out to us, otherwise there would have been a visa refusal.
I do not recommend this organization to anyone with these "excellent" specialists who cannot even correctly reprint the surname from the passport!
Do not use the services of this company unless you want to double-check each document yourself and find errors. After all, the customer pays precisely for specialists to do this without wasting their nerves and time. Unfortunately, we spent both.

I want to warn new clients about incompetence in the work of one employee. I decided to write a review just now. The case began in January 2023. We wanted to open a visa, called the company, the tour agent Veronika is in touch. I came to her office on Kulman, she signed us up for an Italian visa, paid 700r. I'm waiting for a month, another, the third… I waited until May, called her all the time, was interested in the process. She picked it up every other time. Veronica was lying to me that the process was going on, wait a little longer. If we had interrupted the process, no one would have given us the money. We decided to apply for at least a Polish work visa. summer came and we urgently needed a visa! And for the Polish WORKER, they also took such money from us, they wanted even more! But they didn't want a scandal. As a result, half A YEAR later in the summer we received the LONG-AWAITED fictitious WORK VISA!! To somehow go to Europe on business!! When applying for a visa in Mogilev on my own, I paid another 200 rubles for registration! Moreover, I had to pay extra there to have the questionnaire filled out again!!! Veronica filled it out incorrectly. SHAME ON SUCH INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES. She didn't tell me how and what to do to get a visa, she didn't call me. Only everyone "please wait" HAS BEEN WAITING FOR HALF A YEAR! Veronika is the most terrible employee, be careful with the choice of a Visa agent.
