This was probably my worst visit to the McDuck: the staff was very unprofessional, the deplorable state of the institution itself and negligence in everything.
It all started on the street: some grandmother slipped on the wet steps at the exit of the establishment and fell - the territory around the coffee is not monitored. There are signs all over the room saying "wet floor", but the floor is actually sticky. An employee is loitering around the room, who didn't even think to clean up the room. I wanted to place an order, but some equipment was broken in the kitchen, the cash register and the payment terminal were not working. When I saw this, I wanted to drop everything and leave, but I had to sort out my suitcase.
