I was on a business trip, I was advised this hotel, after visiting it, the impressions were good, the rooms are cozy and clean, everything you need in the rooms is there, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are prepared quickly and tasty. I recommend it!
I liked everything. Service, menu, kitchen. All the guests were satisfied. One of the wishes is to add desserts to the menu. There was a doctor, we came without a cake, we thought we would order something delicious. But sweet fruits and ice cream.
Early check-in for 8,500 rubles
This is a state-of-the-art hotel, ahead of its time. The Ministry of Economic Development has submitted for public discussion a bill on non-refundable rates for the hotel, from March 1, 2025, and that wonderful hotel refused to return the money I had paid in advance.
So everything is in order.
I went to the hotel on Sunday the 6th, to room 12. I was delighted that the girl at the reception went to a meeting and checked in at 12 and not at 14 as usual. The hotel is beautiful, everything is gorgeous, I already wanted to write a laudatory review.
But there is always a PROBLEM....
On a business trip to Lisichansk, the situation changed twice, and at first I was told that I would stay there until Wednesday. I went to the reception and paid for 2 more days, but no longer the standard for 7, but comfort for 8.5. As I worked, the situation changed and I needed to leave on Tuesday for yasinovataya aa and then to Moscow. I came in on Monday evening (for the actual days from Tuesday to Wednesday it was 12 o'clock) and asked for a refund. To which I was refused with the justification that the LNI would not find clients in such a short time. Although Clause 1 of Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation also establishes that the customer has the right to refuse to perform the contract for the provision of paid services, provided that the contractor pays the expenses actually incurred by him.
In fact, the service was not provided to me from 8 to 9, I left on the 08th at 6 a.m.
It's a pity, the hotel is decent. Perhaps the business owners do not know about the situation, although it is clear that they have invested their soul in the hotel. Well, for the girl at the reception, this is still a salary increase. This number can also be re-sold.
