AMBIGUOUS. We stayed at the villa for 2 days. The villa itself is very cool, new, beautiful , soft towels , comfortable furniture, Elemis cosmetics, everything is stylish and cozy. A clean swimming pool and a small area. The food is very tasty, everything that was ordered was very pleasant. And now to the cons. I'm going to wait 2 hours. They bring it without appliances. Without plates and glasses. That is, they brought you food , but there is nothing to eat. And you wait another 20 minutes for the instruments. There are no dishes in the kitchen. And they don't leave it, even take the clean one. Breakfast was also brought, and coffee was also waited for 40 minutes after eating. Dirty pasuda may not be picked up for half a day. At the request, the waiter says that he is busy. There is ONE waiter in 6 villas, for all. They constantly forget to bring something, or they don't bring it, but they include it in the bill. I had to ask for pool towels more than once, the sunbeds are dirty and in the sand. They offer to use those that are for the shower… There is no extra bed for the child either. There is one air conditioning system for the whole house. In the basement, where there are 2 bedrooms, it's sooooo cold, it's hot upstairs. That's how they have to turn it on/off all night. Overall, the service is creepy. For such more money, it doesn't exist at all. Everyone does everything and takes all requests as an insult. There is nothing on the territory for children, no playground, no swing. Nothing at all.

A couple of days ago we had a family vacation in a villa in Macau, the rest was amazing! Delicious, fresh food, pleasant and polite staff. We rented a villa and a sauna, there are no words, how cool it was! Clean, cozy, after the bath, as if I was born again, thanks to the guys of the spa for this! The territory of the complex is well - groomed , the air is clean , the staff is attentive again . All requests were fulfilled quickly . We will definitely come back here again ! Thank you ❤️

A great place to relax. Everything is here... A restaurant with delicious and fresh food, a coffee shop.. A large summer terrace with a swimming pool for 300 sunbeds. All pools are heated, you can swim until late autumn... Excellent staff, friendly and good service. Guests are transported around the territory on carts (cars )... There are also several bath complexes here... These are large log cabins with steam rooms , massage and peeling rooms, karaoke, etc. Massage therapists 👍👍👍 The complex is open all year round.. The air is fresh, no smog .. In the summer they hold concerts, invite world stars! They have a huge concert venue with all the amenities and bars... and most importantly.. Prices are not expensive!!
