The order included 3 burgers, 7 nuggets, French fries and Coca-Cola. Of the entire order, only Coca-Cola could be consumed. French fries are like paper in taste and appearance, nuggets feel like they've been lying around since the beginning of January and they've just been warmed in the microwave. Burgers have huge questions about the taste of the cutlets, which seem to be spoiled.

We always visit this Poppy, because it is the closest to home, and there have never been any complaints about either the restaurant itself or the Drive. But today, 07/19/2024, was the worst trip to the poppy in the last couple of years. The potatoes were cold and looked like they were from yesterday, and so were the strips. I am not a frequent visitor to fast food outlets, I came to see how the situation is after the rebranding and I will say the situation is just disgusting. They brought a hamburger that looked more like a crumpled piece of dough.
The picture on the terminal when ordering is radically different from reality in size and appearance. This is a direct misrepresentation of customers and violation of consumer rights.
