Food is like in any fast food in the post-Soviet space. Parking is difficult to find - the one next door belongs to the shopping center and is constantly clogged. It's clean inside. The speed of order issuance strongly depends on the time of day and day of the week. It's cool inside, because the air conditioning system is not functioning properly - it's a problem with children to find a place where it doesn't blow.

I am writing in September 2024. It's been 2.5 years since McDonald's left. And you know what? Our local guys did well. The hedgehog is delicious, the restaurant is constantly well cleaned, there is no dirt. There are a lot of good food offers like 5 pieces for 7.9 rubles. Well done! I am pleasantly surprised. I'm taking back my past 2 stars, and I'm giving you 5.

Ну что я могу сказать.. «великолепно». Когда мак был «маком» цены были приемлемые, кухня вкусная и подача аккуратная) всегда любила сюда приходить покушать бургеров) потому что знала - тут вкусно) ходила не так давно когда назывались «КСБ Виктори Ресторан»..было уже не все так радужно как раньше, но нормально) а сейчас…)) уже просто смешно и обидно) во-первых, подорожало) во-вторых, подача..) ну я думаю видно невооруженным глазом, что тут не так) раньше все было красиииво, в коробочке) сейчас и здесь эти бумажки..) и ладно если бы оно было аккуратно, но нет же) как из ..кхэм, простите) в-третьих, заказали айс-латте, в итоге мы забрали просто остывший кофе, без льда и тд))) как мы уточнили, по их технологии они кладут лед, потом заливают кипятком и тд) допустим, но от кипятка у стакана исказились стенки и крышка все время отпадала 👍🏻 и к тому же уже не первый раз, мы сидели наблюдали за готовностью, потом заметили, что долго заказа нет и вообще он пропал с табло. Мы подошли уточнить, оказалось наш заказ уже неизвестно сколько стоит на стойке. В итоге кофе был не «айс-латте», а остывший, разбавленный растаявшим льдом, латте)) а еда выглядела вот так и тоже была остывшая, благо по вкусу еще ничего 👍🏻 я буду ооочень надеяться, что мне просто так не везло в последние разы) я приду еще раз) но примите меры уже в конце концов. Это уже свинство.

I was disappointed with the size, but it turned out to be delicious, tender. The last one was chosen by flat white with the addition of ice cream syrup. I didn't feel the syrup at all, I only paid for the syrup in vain. The coffee is bitter , I don 't know if they offer sugar or not , they didn 't give it to me, it was bitter . Coffee minus . Всегда весело и вкусно. Отличный детский городок. Чистота территории. Постоянно обновление акций. Приветливый персонал. Удобно что есть терминалы самообслуживания и можно спокойно полистать меню, выбрать что нравится и хочется в данный момент.

Еда лично мне не понравилась. Качество оставляет желать лучшего, при том что цены заметно выше, чем в РФ. Заезд для обслуживания на авто позволит бонусом проверить ваши водительские навыки. Нам попался грязный столик не смотря на то, что большая часть явно постоянно простаивает (пустые). Скорость обслуживания высокая. Существенным минусом является выкрученный на минимально возможную температуру термостат кондиционера. В помещении холодно, а на мою шутку "чтобы не засиживались, и убрались поскорее" сотрудница подтвердила улыбкой.
Соединяя все эти факторы место не рекомендую. Сюда можно заехать разве что посмотреть на местную специфику.

Зашли с детьми перекусить и всё очень понравилось. Как начали выбирать, но нам на помощь пришла сотрудница, подсказала, что можно выгоднее взять ( на 24 рубля - 2 бургера, 2 фри, 2 соуса, 3 пирожка с вишней, 2 напитка, 1 кофе). А так как я себе брала кофе, то она попросила заполнить анкету и угостила моих детей мороженым. За это ей огромное спасибо
