I ordered a regular cheeseburger, and they put only a cutlet and cheese in it. I didn't immediately understand what was wrong, and then, after Googling the ingredients, I found out that I hadn't been given any sauces, cucumbers, or onions.
To be honest, the room itself is very pleasant, but if you go in the evening, the order can last up to an hour and a half!And so everything is fine, everything is high-quality and delicious!
Am I sad that fast food became like this when we came to this? The expectation of the order is straight horse, the prices are above average, and the food is average. I remember what a poppy was like when you were collected and given an order in a minute without leaving the cash register, now I'm waiting for an order from 2 and a half positions in an empty institution for 15-20 minutes and unfortunately this is not the first time such a situation. It is impossible to track your order, because on the scoreboard information about the order is displayed arbitrarily goes to the ready position, although in fact nothing has been done yet and just disappears, someone has already taken your order, or it is not ready yet or it is already ready and you just need to come up, you do not know when in a full restaurant near a crowd gathers at the pick-up point, and everyone should ask if their room is ready, this is not what you expect from fast food - it's disgusting and unpleasant.

And today's case, when my order was simply "lost", is generally beyond reasonable! I had to ask what was wrong with my order and only after that, without explaining anything, they asked for my receipt and started collecting the order using this receipt 15 minutes later! In total, I waited about 20 minutes for the order. I hope such situations will not happen again.
