The drive is convenient, and it's a pleasure to stop by.
I would like to pay special attention to the Administrators of the hall, Elizabeth and Fedor, excellent guys, they do an excellent job with their duties and communicate very cordially with the guests. They know how to find a common language and are great people in themselves! If I were the head of this institution, I would award Fyodor and Elizabeth three times. Without them, the atmosphere in the hall is completely different!

As always, the most convenient places in the city are with parking and the usual McDrive. Stylish capitalist interiors, the McDonald's style is preserved as much as possible- that's why we love it.
The food has changed slightly, but the overall level is holding up.
There is a separate MacCafe with an improved coffee card and a selection of beautiful cakes, where the order and payment are separate from the main terminals.
And as always (sorry, but the topic is important), clean toilets, which is pleasant for both visitors and casual travelers)

There are always free places, just like everywhere else on the web. Orders are prepared quickly. Clean, always quiet - I recommend you to visit. As in the entire network, they regularly make tasteless coffee. This is either related to savings, or the person responsible for purchasing is doing it irresponsibly.

This is it!!! The very taste of McDonald's that could only be felt in Russia and Belarus!
Well done, Belarusians - they changed the design a bit, came up with a great appropriate name, and even the smell remained the same!
Everything is very tasty - crispy thin potatoes, juicy burgers and nuggets, awesome pies, desserts! Only the sauces have changed a little, but they are still awesome!!
We got so much pleasure from visiting this place ❤️ For this Poppy, you can just go to Belarus!

The review is only about McDrive. I stop by for coffee in the morning 16 times a month, it's hard to make a mistake!
But once you arrive with a large order, confusion begins. Every time you dial 40+rubles, they give you packages and in order not to delay the queue, you leave and start checking, then there is simply no 15% of the order. Every time they forget to put something in the order. And if you don't drive away and check right at the window and see that something is missing, then it's impossible to wait for someone to open the window and you can tell what's missing. Recently, I looked at an employee through the window for a minute, and the employee looked at me and smiled until he deigned to open it and ask why I wasn't leaving.
But the quality of the coffee is fine)
(And I'll ask for the employees) stop forcing the operator in the mac drive to offer everything they offer at the very beginning of the conversation, this delays and infuriates the client, since in 99% of cases the client knows what he's driving for and out of respect they don't interrupt when this unnecessary advertising of your combos occurs.

Mac Bye Rock, we stopped by with the kids after the Christmas Tree, ordered three Lunch menu sets for 7.90 and a cappuccino.
Cappuccino is a kind of turbidity, faintly similar to the aroma of coffee, warm coffee is not coffee for me, coffee should be hot!
The sets are a separate shock, the nuggets are still edible, but the countryburger is a complete fe!

The staff is not coping with their duties!
1. Manager: Waiting for an order for 20 minutes) Provided that our order was 99% ready on the managers' table.
2. Cashier: When we finally waited for our order, the cashier girl was surprised when asked "will there be some kind of compliment for waiting for the order?", as if no one had told her about this (which, most likely, is the case).
3. Cleaner: The tables are all dirty! I'm not super picky, but it's elementary to wipe the table of dried drops of a sweet drink and sweep potatoes and tomatoes from under the table - not so energy-consuming and long.
4. Chefs: I'm not a fast food expert, but I know what French fries should look like. In this Poppy, it was dry and hollow, as if it had been fried for 50 minutes.
As a result, I BEGGED them for a compliment for waiting in the form of ice cream, but this is not a customer-oriented policy ever. Burgers are normal, and I'll give you one star for that.

The coffee was already cold, because it was prepared in the process of accepting the order and the cup of coffee stood stupidly in the coffee machine during the waiting time, accordingly it was covered with a lid and given to me. It doesn't seem to be a big deal, but...the loss of time and the taste of fresh, hot coffee. I did not want to be indignant and demand the preparation of a new portion at 6.17, the morning did not work out a little....
