At 23.58 we receive an order (the order is selected on the spot) we start eating, after 15 minutes they ask us if we will be soon, while we sat before and waited for 30 minutes for an order, which usually takes 10 minutes to wait ... the desire to eat there is completely gone, not only that they ask you if it will be soon They also walk around looking at you, of course, there is only a spoiled mood and an impression of the institution. When opening the door, the guard still said everything would come back, instead of refraining from commenting…

Mac is not the same anymore. It started with the fact that I couldn't pay for Apple Pay at the self-service terminal. It turned out that you can only pay with your phone at the checkout. I bought a Combo set of triple cheeseburger, Coke and French fries. Compare what is in the picture and what is in reality. To taste 2/5. French fries have a lot of black dots. That is, they do not monitor the quality of the potatoes at all. It was also very salty. There is not a pleasant smell of beef fat in the hall, i.e. it is most likely fried on it.
The advantages are clean, fast service.
But I definitely won't go again and I won't recommend it to anyone.
Today I went to Burger King, the cheeseburger has a soft fragrant bun, cucumbers are visible, and the cutlet tastes better. French fries are better. And the most interesting thing is the price is almost 2 times lower.

It is very unpleasant when you leave not a little money in an institution, and as a result you get not pleasure, but disappointment. 24.11 were with a girl in Mac.by at the address Surganova str., 63, they took some food, one of the positions was "potatoes in a rustic way". Already at home, after we started eating, it turned out that several slices of potatoes were rotten /wormy, well, straight black. The proof is in the attached. I hope that this will not happen in the future. Thanks for dinner !

Compared to the old Mac, it has become noticeably longer to wait for an order.and the quality has dropped a lot .starting from the quality of the products (bones are periodically found in a fish burger , cutlets in beef burgers with a taste of cheap minced meat , cheese melts on burgers in a different way , I generally keep silent about sauces for potatoes ) so the very build quality of the burgers suffered (very often they are crooked, in a double burger the whole package is covered in fat )
In general, if you evaluate it as a new institution , it 's not bad .But if compared to McDonalds, then of course the quality leaves much to be desired.

I liked the new renovation in the building, it definitely became more pleasant and comfortable to be there. If memory serves, then several vending machines have been added for self-ordering. The food remained almost unchanged, a typical poppy. Delicious, fast and affordable)

It's a shame. What is sold under the name of a chickenburger is two flattened halves of a dry bun, which cannot be bitten off, because it stretches like rubber, a teaspoon of sauce in the middle and ... dry nuggets .. yes, it is nuggets, because it is difficult to call it a cutlet (photo attached). The potatoes are small, wet, completely without salt, cola diluted with water. Sauces are just, uh... is it really hard to sell normal sauces, and not this chemical tasteless something? The girl on mak drive had to repeat three times that I didn't need cheeseburgers, but chickenburgers, and anyway, in the end, I had to repeat the order in the payment window. It's just a shame. Not another foot.

The poppy on Surganov is the worst of the Poppy.by Minsk. I stopped by twice on the way to order with me. The waiting time is the longest. At the same time, your order number is displayed on the scoreboard in the ready column, you come up - there is no order. The employee, when asked where the order was, did not answer anything at all, just left. The order from the ready column has disappeared. Of the people waiting for their orders, 5 were not happy with the same situation with orders. The employee came out and said - the couriers are to blame, of whom a lot have arrived to pick up their orders. This is the bottom!!! What do we have to do with it and what do the couriers have to do with it. It's about the unprofessional staff of this catering, WHO ALSO USE MAT IN COMMUNICATION WITH EACH OTHER. AND THE WHOLE HALL HEARS THE KITCHEN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!
