That says it all. The staff is friendly, ready to solve any problems and answer any question. But sometimes they can mess up: for example, they put the wrong thing that you order. However, if you have a receipt at hand, it will always be quickly changed to what you ordered.
My family and I especially appreciate the fact that the Belarusian menu appeared in the Poppy. It's just a pity that there aren't many positions yet. But I'm sure there will be something new soon.
For example, a burger with pancakes, sour cream sauce with mushrooms and herbs, haha 😂
And Fra's "Dukhmyanaya bulba" is worth it)) A few herb seasonings are really capable of greatly changing the taste and aroma of ordinary French fries.
I would like to try this potato with my favorite sauce "1000 Islands". But I had to part with him indefinitely. Maybe they will return it? 🙄
In general, Mak.by is the same good old fast food, following the traditions. The menu is good, the staff is good, there is a "Drive" option and a children's room. You can go to the Mac with your family or with friends about and without)

I am not a fan of fast food outlets, but the situation forced me to visit the poppy at the opposite railway station. The prices for such a small output of dishes are considerable. The original is not even close to the photo in the menu. I ordered a cheeseburger, French fries... As a result, my entire snack went into the trash can. The quality is terrible. It's a pity the staff is trying to be friendly by selling such filth.

06.12 we went to a restaurant to buy 2 cups of coffee, we had to wait for this unfortunate coffee for about 15 minutes. The staff doesn't give a damn about restaurant orders. We walked around laughing, joking to ourselves. The director/Deputy Director stood and flipped through a magazine and it seemed that she was not interested in what was going on around her at all.
The quality of the coffee... it feels like it's just diluted. We ordered coffee with syrup, but we didn't feel it. I don't know if the employees forgot to add it because of their irresponsibility, or if it brings down the quality of the syrups.
I was not pleased with anything from the word at all.

It used to be better - the phrase fits 100%. The other day, we ordered delivery using Yandex, the child was poisoned by the order, spent the whole next day hugging the toilet, thank you. Plus, we got the burger mixed up in the order. Perhaps we won't look into the mac anymore.
