The order was in the "waiting" status for 3 hours, it was "prepared" for more than an hour, as a result, more than 4 hours of waiting. Terrible attitude towards the client. We ordered through the Deliverio service, called back to support 2 times in the process, and only after the 2nd call (3 hours from the moment of order)the staff stirred and changed the status to "preparing". Bravo. Cool management. By the way, at about the same time, the check was punched :) The order was delivered by 23:30, ordered and paid for at 19:26. In addition to all this, there was one very pleasant bonus after all. Spilled cola without sugar 500ml for 4 rubles. I don't advise you to set foot in this "restaurant" anymore. Well-known competitors without rebranding cope much better with their task.
