Wonderful hotel! I advise everyone!
The location, the staff, and the rooms themselves are all top-notch.
The receptionists are responsive, they will always prompt and help.
The hotel itself is very cozy, homely.
There are breakfasts for an additional fee.
But there are also many places to eat - the hotel is located in the very center! Here everything to the sights is within walking distance.
Sulfur baths are 50 meters from the hotel, the peace Bridge is also about 100-200 meters away.

I attached a photo of the sulfur baths, I did not photograph the hotel itself, I only took a video from the balcony - the view from the balcony is very picturesque, on the city. But this view is on the 3rd floor, on the 1st floor there is a view of the courtyard.

The hotel is located in the historical center of Tbilisi. The view from the windows is amazing, we counted 9 churches. Clean, quiet, the tap water is boiling. There is a kettle in the room, which distinguishes it from rooms in some hotels in the neighborhood. I liked everything, we will come again.

The place is convenient. Everything is nearby, it is convenient to restaurants, hang out and just take a walk. The cleaning format is not clear, they hung a request on the handle to clean up, but in the end, in 5 days - 1 cleaning. I took a point for this. Everything else is fine.

The hotel is in the center, the rooms are nice, spacious, the water is replenished daily, there is a kettle, tea, coffee. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious.

This is when any small hotel calls itself a Boutique...
dirty, a bunch of black hair in the bathroom. Mould. The broken jambs at the bottom, the foot of the bed. Pillowcases with non-washable stains - it's scary to put your head down🤦🏼♀️
Repairs are needed and urgently. Although, while you're walking down the corridor, you won't think about it.
The breakfast place is small.
The location is good
The staff is friendly.

A great hotel. Clean, cozy, friendly staff. Right behind the popular cafe Samikinto Machakhela (I'm sorry if I didn't remember the name correctly) at Meydan Bazaar. You came out and you are already in the center of the whole movement of Old Tbilisi. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
