Great barbershop! Although I prefer trusted craftsmen, circumstances have developed so that I had to look for a new place for a haircut. It was my first time here. Barber Alexander is beyond praise. I took into account all the wishes, did my job for 10 points. The haircut turned out as I wanted. I will definitely come here again!
I liked everything, the staff is polite, the craftsmen are neat, they do everything well, they do not rush like on an assembly line, they will offer coffee.

I've had a lot of attempts to change barbershops, but I've been coming back many times. Only one request to the administration is to keep your barbers. We go to them, not to the Barbershop!!!

It's just terrible. I visited them for the first time yesterday, I liked it in principle. I've signed up two sons for today. This is where the full trash started.
The first is that at the appointed time, the master was just starting to cut another client's hair. We waited for 50 minutes, the master did not get free. Overwritten to another one that was free. The quality of the haircut turned out to be terrible, as well as not getting a haircut at all.
The adventure did not end there. After the payment, I received an SMS from the bank and I noticed that a large amount was debited. After calling the administrator, it turned out that the services of a master were provided, which was replaced more expensive than the one to whom they originally signed up. But the administrator decided to charge more for two.
In fairness, it is worth noting that after the call, the overpaid amount was refunded. No compensation for an hour of lost time, no explanation, just "well, it turned out that way."
We will never come back here again and we will never recommend it to anyone.
