Pleasant atmosphere, courteous staff, complex breakfasts, for any preference. Well done girls! The guys at the reception really liked it! Because this is our first time in Samarkand, the guys explained everything! The girls were deliciously fed breakfast! We recommend it!
And of course I can't help but say that we met a very cool guide Farhad!

I was lucky enough to visit this hotel:(I want to express my gratitude to the kitchen staff thanks! And now about the bad thing, this hotel did not like the room service! Upon check-in, the bedding and bath accessories are in terrible condition, the rooms are dirty, and you can vacuum... And the towels should be clean, and not as if they were used to wipe their feet, and all the towels are in this condition! I do not recommend visiting this hotel because of the rooms

A great option for an overnight stay in Samarkand, there is nowhere to go on foot, it is convenient if you are picked up by a car - there is Parking. Russian Russian is located in the Russian part of the city (most of the buildings are Russian style of the late XIX- early XX centuries). The breakfast is modest - but maybe we just got to the beginning of the season. Pigeons interfere with sleeping on the top floor, they live in the attic)) The most convenient thing is that you can pay with a MIR card through a tg bot.

nice hotel. excellent staff. the guys are all young and positive . It was nice staying with you. good tips on restaurants. the hostess has buns and pies 5+ in the morning. feel free to ask for an omelet or scrambled eggs. They 'll cook it for you . and try the pies . the dough is excellent.

Nice, clean, cozy hotel. Registan is a 20_30 minute walk away. There is a great local cafe nearby where you can eat delicious kebabs and not expensive. The hotel provides free drinking water. Everything is like in good hotels:disposable slippers, toothbrushes, etc. Excellent patio with barbecue. There are buffet-style breakfasts. There is only no TV channel in Russian. But there's no time to watch it. There are interruptions with hot water, but they warn about this. The staff is polite and not intrusive.I recommend this hotel.

I like this hotel. It is quite modern and good value for money. I've stayed there 5 times already. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast is normal. Another advantage is that the Samarkand restaurant is within walking distance. The locals celebrate their celebrations there and it's very tasty. One of the disadvantages is the lack of an elevator.

A friendly and pleasant receptionist. The hotel is not far from the center, 15 minutes on foot. The breakfasts are sad, instant coffee, hard boiled egg, juicy sausage, rubber cheese, cucumber, tomato, loaf, yogurt (everything is very cheap). If there were tortillas with coffee beans, it would be better. The rooms are large, the curtains are dusty, the mattress is dirty, the water is barely running. If you don't ask them to clean up and replace the towels, they won't come in themselves. There are no glasses and no corkscrew.

In December 2022, we spent a wonderful 3 days in Samarkand. We stayed at the House Luxury Hotel. I would like to immediately mention the very polite and helpful staff. We were warmly welcomed, helped to accommodate, and answered all your questions. The room was clean and spacious. It was nice to have tea, coffee or water at any time. Delicious breakfasts were prepared at the hotel!
The location itself is convenient, there are shops nearby, good restaurants.
We sincerely recommend staying in this place :-)

Of the disadvantages, their coffee machine broke down (I don't know how long ago) and only instant coffee is offered.

Nice room. Matches the photos. The air conditioner is working. In the morning, the water heats up for a long time. The room is cleaned regularly. Polite staff. Breakfast every morning - homemade pancakes, Porridge, omelette, fried egg, etc. They cook delicious. Free drinking water. In the courtyard there is a terrace, a telescope, small tennis.
The center is not far away. Everything is nearby. You can go for a swim in the aqua park

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean, large, everything is new! The city center is not that far away or a penny taxi to the center. The staff is polite, everyone was prompted! The breakfasts are delicious, when it's hot, it's a pleasure to have breakfast on the veranda! If we return to Samarkand, then only there!

1. If you stay on the ground floor, you need to be prepared for the fact that it is constantly noisy.
2. Forget about cleaning the room, you need to be reminded
3. There is no buffet, there were monotonous and not particularly delicious breakfasts (fried eggs, soy sausage, tasteless cookies and tea with bread. The breakfasts don't change, it's the same every day. And it was also noticed that from time to time some component of breakfast will be forgotten, then jam will not be put, then this tasteless soy sausage, which we fed to the cats and dogs of the neighbors
4. Most rooms have single beds, you need to take this into account

Not bad, quite modest breakfasts, you can ask to fry a couple of eggs. The water did not leave the shower, after asking to clear the blockage, it got better, but the issue was not fully resolved. Otherwise, it was very good, the Windows overlooked the courtyard - quiet, calm, the room is large. The sound insulation is good.
