The hotline and support are not working, the Internet was lost on December 30, and the problem was not solved on the following day (January 11, with repeated calls to the dispatcher). Because they have only two masters for all the applicants and they have short days or even days off.
The owner of this organization should be a person who is unable to maintain the organization and provide services to people.
Initially, when I connected the Internet, everything worked properly and there were no problems, technical support informed me in advance about malfunctions and possible outages, but a year later hell broke loose, the speed under the contract was 100, but this value remained only on paper, it gives a maximum of 60 through the cord and then on holidays, there is practically no Internet through the router and today there is another shutdown without any explanation, technical support does not respond to calls and messages. I will most likely switch to another provider. Mageal is categorically not satisfied.
I am writing to tell people who are thinking of using the services of this provider. Don't try to get rid of the word at all. I was a user, I paid regularly, I understood, and I entered the situation when the cable was broken due to weather conditions. The last straw was when the Internet disappeared, I contacted the support service, I say that I do not have an Internet, to which I get an answer, we show that there is an Internet. On the third attempt to reach the staff of mageal, the master was sent to me, but the Internet did not appear, although, as I was told, I have the Internet. I ran out of patience to fight with the mageal staff, and I switched to another provider. In short, the mageal company is not serious and I do not advise contacting it.
I do not advise it, every day they cut off the Internet five times in the evening, on holidays once, not for long, for about a minute. Then he throws them on iPads to the Ukrainians. I'm tired of it.
Not a serious organization, to put it mildly. On Saturday, the router settings went wrong, I called support, they said that the master would be able to arrive on Tuesday. An attempt to connect via cable on your own was unsuccessful. The words gained support, but their phone is stupidly disconnected. They work until 14.00! As a result, 4 days without Internet. Guys! Are you serious???
I don't have the strength anymore. The Internet cannot be described in words how bad it is. It's banal that the video does not load into the tick current, the photos also load for about a minute. And the most fun thing is that the Internet can disappear for an hour or two, and sometimes four. They always have problems on the line. First they do anything, and then people suffer. And they're also unhappy when you call and find out what's wrong with the Internet. "Girl, well, there's a breakdown on the line that's not clear. Expect the specialists to leave when we don't know" and hang up. Or they don't take it at all. I've been using it for a long time, more than 4 years. Now I plan to switch to another provider. I don't recommend it
The provider is not very good, do not waste time and nerves.It started in 2016, I called and arranged to arrive.We made the Internet, paid the money, left.They didn't give me any contract, I just wrote a receipt for the box.The next day, a call saying that we made a mistake on the cable (cable meter 100 r) will charge you 1000 rubles.(It's all hard workers who go to dachas).Moreover, no one showed me the meter of cable on the first day, I gave 3,500 rubles for connection, i.e. 35 meters.I say show the full footage from my box to the post, and no problem, they told me there were no stairs, I replied, come on.The next day, the whole crowd of 5-6 people arrives, let's drive at me for the stairs, they saw a ladder to lead them, even one muzzled and balding rushed.They showed me the square footage in half. It turned out to be 45 meters. My question was why there was such a large coil of wire on the pole, there was no clear answer.I returned the money of 1000 rubles to them.
The year 2022 is snowfall, the Internet wire is broken, I call mageal, the application was accepted and silence.A week later we arrived, we made an Internet connection against a neighbor and left.I call mageal and tell them all this, they tell me in turn, I oh... ate... And only after another week they made me an Internet connection.
Also, in February 2022, the guys from mageal had dinner near the courtyard, took a shit and left, on the same day I caught up with them on another street, told them to clean up the piggery.Since no one had removed anything, I went to their office on Frunze, talked to a certain boss, I was affectionately greeted, after the words everything was recorded on a neighbor's camera, everything was taken off like a hand, upon arrival home in 30 minutes, everything was cleaned!!!
In the summer of 2022, the wire broke, called, waited 4 days, then deigned to come to fix it, tear off 500 rubles with the words it's better than changing the entire cable.After this repair, problems with speed began, after a week the Internet disappeared altogether, we called for 3-4 days, we did it for free, it was summer, the phone also worked with problems, I did not pay attention.Autumn came, I decided to watch the x box set-top box, but it slows down, I call mageal, they scratch my ears at your router, everything is OK, we seem to have agreed, the application was accepted, we arrived a week later without a call, there is no one at home (it was visible on the camera)They knocked and left.
And then I made the decision to call LDSi, connected to the same router and everything is great.
And then, a week later, they arrived from mageal without a call, turned around and left.
Hooray, dosvidos mageal.
The contract has been in place since 2008. Everything suits my needs. There were no serious breakdowns. I was absent for a year on a business trip, accordingly, I did not pay, on arrival I just went to the terminal, paid and after 5 minutes the Internet started working again. What can't be said about LDS, you will pay there, and then you need to have a laptop and call the office, and there the girl will tell you where to enter to connect the Internet, and if there is no laptop, wait for the master. I do not know the quality of the LDS connection, I did not use it, but I connected my daughter several times. A firebrand.
At the moment, the Internet is just terrible, slow, there is almost no Internet ((( What am I paying money for, for 1.3KB /s?((( I have to reboot the router constantly when it disappears ((( I'm looking for another provider...
the masters took money like for connecting the Internet and configuring the router. when I wrote to support that I needed a check or receipt for the service rendered, they said that the masters did not need to give any money, but simply pay a personal account. I wonder if the craftsmen work there.
I've been suffering for the 3rd year. Now it's time to change the provider. The Internet does not load, in the evenings or when the wind is generally ambushed. They don't react to the pritensions in any way. I don't recommend it
No phone is answering, there is no hotline, there is no Internet, sit and wait for tomorrow when they go to work, I have never seen such nonsense anywhere else
