To my question: to demonstrate the aromas of perfumes on sticks, with a dissatisfied face, one of the consultants went to the perfume shop, and again, with a dissatisfied look, quickly ran through various fragrances, without consulting or paying attention specifically to the preferences of the client, showing with all her appearance that her time was being taken away. It was the first time I encountered such a service, because in all salons and boutiques, consultants and sellers have long learned to work "in a European way " ... And your sellers simply pull the company in the opposite direction, which discourages them from working with the company at all. I have been a regular customer of TM "Yves Rocher" for more than a year now and this attitude is extremely unpleasant to me...
