On 03/9/2016, I purchased a 20W twisted lamp that should burn for 8 years, used it in the kitchen under the ceiling in an open canopy, on 08/3/2016, that is, it burned down after 5 months. The warranty for the exchange is 2 years. I brought it to be changed. There was a girl and a guy on shift. The lamp was accepted and they said they would call back in a week, since there are no such exchanges now. They didn't call. today, on 30.08.2016, I came to find out how to exchange. The same saleswoman and the guy on the pick-up began to show me that my light bulb was cracked and could not be exchanged, I remember well that the light bulb was intact and insisted on an exchange. The girl blushed and said that she would have to give up her light bulb, when she was putting it in the bag, she dropped it. I refused it because it could crack from a blow. She gave me another one, but refused to mark the receipt or issue a new one, hinting that it was unclear how you exploited this light bulb. If you are in this store at 30 Belorusskaya Street, then if you see this pair of merchants, go away, do not buy anything from them, they sell bad goods that light bulbs burn out after half a year at most. and if you change it under warranty, then do not forget to ask to draw up an act on the integrity of the burned-out light bulb, since they crack them themselves so that they do not change under warranty. Unlike this couple, another shift is working a week later, a thin, dark-haired girl and a second one who recently came out of maternity leave with a sweet smile. It's not a pity to buy half a store of goods from them, the attitude towards the buyer is at a high level. So we are still very far from European service.
