These are the best understanding people I've met lately. While in St. Petersburg, 1800 km away, I was able to order flower delivery for my mother at 12 at night at 10 in the morning. This is not something like efficiency!!!! They just can do it, they can do it, and they try very hard!!!!! Amazing people who got into the situation and did everything perfectly!!!! And what did you do? My father, who ALWAYS gave flowers to my mother!!! In her opinion, he died a year ago. I decided to surprise her. It was the first dr without him. Before that, my mother lived with me for 8 months in St. Petersburg after my father's death, but decided to return back. After work, late at night, I wrote on Whatsapp and sent a photo from Yandex of what roses should be and how they are decorated. I was told that they would contact me in the morning to confirm the bouquet. I said that I trust them and if they are sure that they will not let me down, they can do everything at their discretion. Finally... I didn't even expect it. What I asked for for 1800 km, I got. Please contact us!!!! Order it!!!! A photo of what I asked for first, a photo of what was collected (WELL DONE!!!!) and a photo of mom at 10 a.m., who did not expect a gift, especially from her husband!!!))) Good health to all!!! And again! These are people from Gorlovka who, even in the most difficult times, remain human and do their best!!!

I ordered flowers for my Birthday via VK. Very satisfied☺ They answered quickly, photos of possible options were sent, you can even additionally ask to put something else (a chocolate bar with a postcard). The moment of surprise (not to call in advance, but to bring and hand over) is also observed. The kid was satisfied 😁
