Terrible store!
the sellers are impolite and ill-mannered!
the shoes are of poor quality: less than 2 weeks later, an obvious defect appeared - the heel broke. When I came and showed them, I was told to bring them with a receipt, and they would fix them. When I brought them the next day, I was rudely told in raised tones that this was not a warranty case and sent to hell. As a result: half a day of wasted time, a spoiled mood and money spent on repairing boots.
I will never go to this store again, and I do not advise anyone!

I bought demi-season boots at the Grand Choice store that I put on three times and started to burst. I brought them to the store. I was politely asked to bring shoes with a receipt since this is a factory defect, I bring another seller named Natalia comes out and attacks me with rudeness and attacks that these shoes are non-refundable. Without even listening or looking at the shoes. I have not seen or heard such rudeness yet. Avoid the store on Tsentralnaya str., 2.
