THIS IS NOT NORMAL!!! It is not realistic to contact the management, this is a secret - the answer of Mikhail's manager : "I write to the management by e-mail, and they decide how important it is to call you back - if you haven't been called back, then it doesn't MATTER," that is, the complaint and poor-quality service of manager Mikhail, who, except: "I will write to the management," is no longer able to answer - the management is indifferent to what is happening, the management does NOT care about their customers, reviews, on recommendations and generally on your reputation. Today, the management, oddly enough, went on vacation. And no one will solve our problems, although there will be, manager Mikhail, who has not solved anything in 2 months (((((((( Since we have a problem, they are not even trying to fix it.
