Taste is normal so so. Not worth the price. Cost of one dal one veg one rice & one roti comes to above 9000 tenge with tax. Quantity of rice is too less not sufficeirnt for even one perosn. Thali costs around 4000 & a bit more for non veg thali. With tax for 2 people it will be above 9000. But taste is ok but nut good
The food is mediocre at best. i don't know if there are other Indian restaurants in the area, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this one. Butter naan doesn't taste buttery at all and mutton masala just isn't as delicious as I had in many other places.
A great place to eat delicious Indian cuisine. A fairly rich menu, courteous staff and convenient location will make me return to this place more than once.
Very tasty! There have been several times, a fairly varied menu, everything is cooked quickly and tasty enough.
Of the minuses, the interior is very simple, the atmosphere has not been created.
But if you go for the sake of Indian cuisine, then the interior is sideways
The most delicious Indian restaurant in Almaty. We were still in Tandoori - it doesn't compare at all. It's not the coolest interior here, but the food is just awesome - spicy and delicious. I definitely recommend it if you are not pathetic people who can't eat spicy food :))
We were at lunch on a weekday.
Full boarding, as a business lunch.
I liked the plate of 5 vegetarian snacks.
Chicken tika masala of low spiciness - 5, fresh, the sauce is delicious.
Mutton tika masala of medium sharpness - 5, excellent.
I also liked masala tea.
A total of 15,000 tenge.
The service is at 4, kindly, but not fast.
The interior is not very expensive, but fresh and cozy.
I recommend it for tourists.
Indian canteen for Hindus with normal Hindu food. The password "so spicy that your cook wants to see how I eat it" will help to unlock the normal Indian spice level.
The interior has a larger dining room, and a small one, with very few tables. The waitress girls looked a little scared for some reason. But in general, they didn't mess up anything and were quite polite. In the evening it was empty - but then two rather large companies of men came, by the look of Hindus or Pakistanis, so everything was occupied in the end. It seemed to us the regulars. The kitchen is fine, much better than the appearance of the place. If you like Indian food, you will be satisfied.
It's a good place. Cozy, calm, polite staff.
Business lunches impressed with their buffet, it costs about 2,200, come take as much as you want. There is vegan and chicken.
Noodle soup, I really liked it. For lovers of Indian cuisine, it seems to me that the very thing.
I was at lunch. The business lunch is delicious, buffet style. There are 2 first courses, 3 second courses, 2 salads to choose from. A choice of tea, karkade, compote. 2500 tenge. I took off the star for the fact that the tortillas were brought when I noticed to the staff that they were not available. And also for the room. It's cramped for a restaurant. If you don't pay attention to it, it's very pleasant.
Very proper national cuisine! Everything is cooked properly, in Indian ...)) But the service... You ordered it and you're waiting.... It's just like in India)))!
Very tasty. Real Indian food. The staff is friendly, but apparently there are newcomers who, to put it mildly, do not know the menu well and get confused when ordering. And so — very tasty. I recommend.
Dishes for the amateur. Islands in my opinion. There are many specific spices. I don't like when there are a lot of spices and spicy dishes. You can come in for the sake of interest.
Curry tastes completely different from Indian curry. The staff works as if they were chained to a battery. Naan is crispy, although it should be soft. In general, by 2+
Good, authentic Indian food and fast polite service. At the same time, you have the opportunity to watch Indian movies with eternally dancing and singing characters on several TV screens. There is no Parking, it is better to park the car on Gandhi Street or Ramstore parking lots.
The kitchen is so-so, although it seems like the Hindus are cooks. They cook differently in their homeland, much tastier. And it's going to work out for us, apparently. They don't try at all. And they have masala tea on the water, and everything else is not good. In short, you can go once a year, if you really miss Indian food.
A pleasant place. According to the waiters, the cook is Indian. Delicious Chicken Tikka Masala (Indian dish) is prepared. The prices are average. It's not a very expensive restaurant.
