Good and helpful staff. The shelves are always full. The product is conveniently located. The assortment is in spite of the size of the store itself
Always makes me happy
In general, everything is fine, the only thing, but it often happens that one cash register works, and everything is fine, they adequately explain, prompt. Thanks to the staff.
There is one cash register, only out of three, you have to wait your turn. Slightly expensive products, small aisles. Very rude cashiers. I took the product and went to the checkout. And the cashier tells me:
it doesn't make its way through the database.
Why is it not breaking through?
: That's not how it breaks through.
It was clear in his eyes that he had just been sent. If this product is on the shelves, then it should have been in the database. (I apologize if I offended anyone.)
The cashiers are angry and unfriendly, they serve with the appearance that they are doing you a favor. With the exception of an adult Russian aunt with glasses, who works more often in the gym, so she knows the assortment well and is very cultured in communication. I try not to visit this branch, even though it is closest to my house ((, but as you know, fish rots from the head)
Excellent store prices are standard Magnum prices, the range is not complete, but there is also an express. It suits me quite well since it's a store on the way when I go home.
Good afternoon!
In this Magnum, the cashiers' work is very poorly organized. The store is very cramped, there is always a long queue at the checkout because there is only one cash register in most. There is no self-service checkout. Fruits and vegetables are of poor quality, and often a lot of things are missing.
My favorite super market! You go in for one thing, and... it's started... You would collect 2-3 packages, there would be 4 hands, and they would be busy. That's such a tempting Magnum!
The girl, sitting in a comfortable chair with everything inside a very nice Magnum, is very attentive to her work, all the courtesans have a polite impression, and the cashiers 👌
It's good, of course, that there is a Magnum within walking distance - only in the morning, when I come, there is 1 cash register and a queue of 8-10 people have to wait.
I bought assorted nuts on the package, the shelf life is normal, but inside they are old, I do not advise you to take nuts there.
The price tags are not relevant (there was a price of 1490 on Tompi diapers, 2990 was punched at the checkout), it is not clear which article is on the weight products, only one of the three cash registers works, very test.
Not a bad place, as an ordinary magnum would say, which many have already heard about. Here, as a remark, I will say that there is quite a little space between the rows. There is a Caspian ATM at the cash desk right away - this is already convenient :)
I took mostly drinks for myself, so I won't say much about the products - it's just strange to find everything drinkable in different places. In principle, all of the above does not prevent you from using the market, everything is normal.
Small, cramped, many products are missing. Practically, it does not look like a typical Magnum. An ordinary shop near the house. But if there is nothing nearby, then it is quite good.
Service on a solid three in comparison with other points. Everything is too piled up, narrow passages, if it's a markdown, then it's piled up in the basket, again comparing with other points, for example on Ryskulov, always even the markdown is in good shape.
Basically the same as all stores. It's a little uncomfortable inside, but still you can find a large range of products available. The ticket office is mainly one of three. During rush hour, this is naturally annoying. Review the cashiers' work schedules
The store itself is small, so the assortment is not great, but everything you need is present. I would like to see T-shirt packages in the meat department.
The aisles are too narrow, because of this, it is not always possible to walk with a child in a stroller on a weekday. On weekdays, because a lot of goods are laid out.
There are mostly polite cashiers at the checkout, there are a couple, though, who show their dissatisfaction with the work with all their appearance 😅
Of the big disadvantages, there are no very profitable promotions, for example for household chemicals.
Not very comfortable. The passages are narrow. You can't drive with carts together. Bakery products are very sad. No matter how many times I went there is always no choice and not very fresh.
There is very little product. There is a delay. The staff is tin... The location is good. There was a faulty ramp, I stumbled, fell when I was lowering my children in strollers. I hurt my leg, they sewed it up.
A month later, they fixed it, they didn't find anyone to blame, the magnum was said not to be their territory. The landlord says the ramps were made by magnums...
It's cool that there's a Magnum nearby... But Magnum Express is limited in the range of products... It happens that you do not find the right product. In this case, the nearby minimarkets are saved💁
There are always queues, the aisles are narrow and the prices are higher than in other Magnum stores. +1 point for kaspi's post inside. Below on Nurpeisova, a little further from the trash, there is a good store and a vegetable garden.
Vegetables and fruits are mostly spoiled. So, in principle, there is a choice. The necessary products are not all, but there are. It will do -in one word
I went into the store three times and there was no gorilla and the store across the street was always available. They always open from 8.00 a.m. thanks to magnum for improving the service of small shops.
I must say, there are very few places all together, prices are higher than in other Magnum chain stores, that's why it's just not known, maybe because Express))))) all products must be checked by price, since there are scanners
It's very crowded here, especially in the department with semi-finished products. You can only walk one at a time and sideways. It would be nice to expand the trading floor.
