For about 20 of my requests, the support department responds in a template and closes applications, changing the status to “the issue has been resolved”, while no specific actions have ever been taken.
For example: "Your money should be returned within 3-5 days. If the amount is still not unblocked after this time, make a second appeal." And in fact, it's been the 16th day since the money is still in the block! And this is the second case in a row!
4 days ago, I made another bulk order, and again, only half of the goods were delivered to me, and I'm sure I'll have to wait half a month for the difference to be returned to the card, again for the third time in a row!
My bank Zhusan, through which I always paid for purchases from them, explained that Magnum must provide a financial document within 15 days stating the need for a refund to the buyer.
