The choice of a buffet, without any frills, but high-quality products: meat, fish, cottage cheese, cheese, there is plenty to choose from and everything is fresh, and this is not a little important for relaxation!
We left with sadness and didn't care about the cons in the room. By the way, the rooms were cleaned every day. I forgot whether the floors were washed, whether the towels were changed, because there was so much to do and see. In general, the impressions are good, there is something in it all.
A good hotel, a convenient place, we lived in the 4th building, the rooms are new. The view was gorgeous, on the mountains. Cleaning was done every day. The only drawback is the huge number of mosquitoes. We asked, the administrator gave us repellents. The food was all in the restaurant in the 2nd building. The food was good, there are always several dishes to choose from. Those who have paid only for breakfast can pay for lunch and dinner there. You can also buy good homemade wine from the staff there.
There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach from the hotel. But it is necessary to borrow early , there is not enough for all residents .
On the way back, a transfer to the border was ordered here. Everything is convenient! In general, I would not hesitate to come to this hotel again.

We had a rest at the end of September 2024, we were very lucky with the weather and of course Magnolia, we came here in 2021, we liked everything (food, service, staff) this year we took two rooms, before there were no sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach from the hotel, now they give free towels, everything is the same, kitchen fire, the best hotel in Gagra (price quality) and who writes about rotavirus, it's not Magnolia's fault, but sea water, and wash your hands more often, everything will be fine, and special thanks to Inna!!!

Now about accommodation: there are only three buildings, only one is normal, and then if there is a view of the pool. You can't sit on the balcony in the evening, or the road, or the view to the next room (to the next building-2 meters), and mosquitoes! The food seems to be varied, but the whole hotel suffered from rotavirus. Perhaps not from food, but from the sea (as you know, sewage drains into the sea in Gagra).

The owners did not even ask about his well-being, but 15,000 for a broken door was demanded for several days. It was only after our appeal to Biblio Globus that the tone of communication changed. Generally rude treatment. I will not recommend it to anyone!!!! Plus from the sea on foot 7 minutes across the road with active traffic. The beach is of its own type, but there are 50 seats for 4 buildings, it's funny, considering that some people occupy it, but come after lunch. In general, there are not enough places. So much for Abkhazian hospitality, just to get more money. We will not go there again, the impression is oppressive, unpleasant.

I will never go to this hotel again. I left a terrible impression. They settled into a dirty room: dirty tulle, dirty duvet cover, a leaky mattress pad, towels are always almost dirty with old stains that do not come off, dirty bedding for dishes.
It's useless to ask for a change, some staff communicate with you as if you owe them money, even though you paid. When I changed my beach towels 2 times a day (1st time after the sea, 2nd time after the pool), the granny who works there threw my card into a drawer with a reprimand: "Are you going to come here 3 times a day to change them?".
