Terrible service.On 05/10/2024, a minibus was ordered online with departure from Lenin Square in Mogilev.Having arrived at the place in advance, I decided to call the operator to clarify the correct landing place.I've been calling for 15 minutes.When they did bother to answer, they said that the driver had left, and did not even dial to clarify whether the passenger was traveling or not.They also talk as if this is the norm.Thank you for the disrupted meeting

We ordered a minibus Mogilev-Bobruisk on 06.12.2023 with departure to.Ordzhonikidze at 17.07. In the morning, the dispatcher called back and said that this minibus had broken down, but there is a minibus for earlier or later. I asked what time it was earlier, she replied that at 16.00 with departure from the bus station, the third platform, or they can pick up at Ordzhonikidze Square at 16.17. Volkswagen 6TAX 9131 minibus. I said that I was satisfied with 16.00 from Aug. At the appointed time, I was on the bus, but after I got into the minibus, the driver kicked me out and started shouting that I hadn't ordered any minibus, started being rude, saying that I was fooling his head. I didn't even try to figure it out. He said that I gave the wrong number. I wonder how the dispatcher was able to get through to me in the morning on the "wrong number"? And without understanding the situation, he left me in the cold, and he left. I called the dispatcher, she said that I was on the ordering lists. And she offered a ticket for 5.30 pm. As a result, I had to wait another hour for the minibus. In the end, I left. Conclusion: I will not recommend this office to anyone, drivers are boors and ignoramuses, they do not know how to admit their mistakes and as a result, their client remains wrong.
