The interior is very cozy, everything is clean, neat and atmospheric. There is a shower, bathrobes, and tea with sweets. Even the slippers are put away in the used basket after each customer. I liked that they use normal fabric sheets, which are changed after each client, and not disposable thin rags. I liked the relaxing music playing during the sessions. The couches are heated if it is cool indoors. Nikita, the administrator, is cheerful and friendly, always interested in how I feel after the session, chooses a time convenient for me, and even conducts intimate conversations). I watched the salon on Instagram and wanted to visit it. But before I bought the course, I had previously attended sessions with several masters, because I wanted to find a master who was right for me. It was Hamzat's technique and approach that responded. That's why I signed up for him. Hamzat gently works with the muscles, preparing them well for deep training. Due to this, there is no unbearable pain from working out trigger points and spasmodic areas. I came to one of the sessions with a headache (I didn't tell the master about it). But after about 30 minutes of the session, the headache was gone. It was unexpected for me. It's a pity that I can't walk every day or at least every other day because of work. I only go on weekends, but I also felt the effect (lightness in the body, relaxation, improved mobility in the back). I want to repeat the course closer to autumn. I hope that I will be able to walk not only on weekends.

My name is Tatiana and I came to Astana from St. Petersburg for the bachata Kurultai festival, where I actually met Shamil. The guys did an express massage right at the event.
