The hotel is among the top 10 hotels in Sharm el Sheikh. A good hotel for Egypt. Good service, friendly staff, lots of animation. There are not very many Russian tourists. Of the minuses, the lack of Wi-Fi (catches barely and in a small number of places and the sea. The sea is like in Anapa, 300 meters knee-deep, from the pier is also not an option, a red flag is constantly hanging, which means that swimming is prohibited. The food is like everywhere else in Egypt, the choice is great, but there is nothing to eat))) but there is always meat, fish, rice, potatoes and vegetables. There are 3-4 types of fruits in season, there are a lot of sweets.
In general, as a person who has visited Charm three times, I recommend this hotel to choose. There are disadvantages everywhere, but you need to take a positive attitude with you on vacation so that little things don't spoil your vacation!

Great hotel, visited in August 2023.
The rooms are clean and good enough. We had a room in building 14 with a view of the pool, and there is also a Wi-Fi connection. WiFi is only available in public places. There are a lot of activities, pool games, yoga, tennis, where there are individual coaching sessions, coach Karim explained in English, but super understandable. There was a lot of food. The pier is long and very long. The reef is beautiful, there are a lot of fish, but the swimming area is not large. The animation team dances professionally and puts on shows every day, Mon Wed and Fri are great shows, I highly recommend it. Local alcohol is not bad, you can drink it in a cocktail. There is no food on the bar, but I would like to. In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel. I recommend it

The second time I was in this hotel. I must say the hotel has lost ground. The rooms are old, the furniture is old and pretty shabby, the shower doors open with difficulty. Now part of the hotel is under renovation and the main pantone is not working. There is no way to enter the sea from the shore, a wide coral shore and strong tides. It is possible to swim in the sea only after 15 hours, when the wind subsides.
What to say about food... everything seems to be there, and at the same time there is not much to choose. A bunch of salads from the same ingredients with different dressings)). But I want to note that a couple of times a week is like a fish day and here, of course, there is plenty for seafood lovers. And squid, and mussels, and octopuses.
Animation plows all days except Sunday. I can't say that it's straight wow, but the guys are trying, entertaining as they can. The hotel has not bad tennis courts.
The most valuable thing is that there are always not many people in the hotel, apparently because of the inconvenient entry into the sea. There are always sun beds on the beach and by the pools.
I do not recommend going with children. If you are taking the baby to the sea, and not to the pool, then this hotel definitely does not suit you, it is better to take hotels with a beach where there are no corals.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Gorgeous pool, excellent service. The sea and snorkeling are not very good, as of November 2023, only one pier was working. The crowd is in line to swim with a mask. The only negative.

I didn 't like the surveillance at the hotel , you don 't see yourself like that , don 't drink anymore . The guards are following you . The children 's animation was boring , my daughter spent the whole vacation on the phone . The food is delicious , the territory is clean , the beach is a long walk to the fish and the depth . The rooms are not 5 stars. 2 towels , bathrobes were never questioned . Adult animation works well , children are bored .In general , there were many factors of irritation , I don 't want to go back there .
