If you watch any high-profile premieres, then only at Magic Cinema. The rest of the cinemas are not even close in quality. The image is at a high level, the chairs are good. In VIP halls, the chairs are still working, adjustable, which is unexpected and pleasant. The staff is working. There are two types of popcorn, there are chips like tacos. Drinks can be brought in. We watched the Avatar today. There are no complaints about the movie - super. But the level of operation of the cinema negates all Cameron's efforts to provide a spectacle!
1. Do not take a ticket in 2-3 days, the schedule is not ready.
2. On the day of watching online, you also can't take it - the service stupidly does not work, you need to go to the cinema in the morning to get tickets so that you can watch a movie in the evening.
3. The trouble is: the AIR CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION ARE NOT WORKING in the hall!! The temperature was 35 degrees, people couldn't stand it and left, especially from the upper rows. It was really getting bad. When asked by an employee - how is this possible - the explanation is "too many people in the hall"

definitely do not recommend going to the Magic City cinema in Tashkent - even the most spectacular cinema will become dull from the disregard of the staff for the audience and their work. Look for another cinema.

The two women on the right are not only rustling their rockets and loudly gnawing popcorn, they did not disdain one another to tell the plot of the film with the words: "I've already watched this movie" and let's spoiler. We sat for 20 minutes, realizing that the situation was not getting better, and decided to leave. Of course, the money will not be refunded to us for the session that has begun, we understood this, but we decided to refund the tickets for barbie. We approach the man at the checkout, he says the money will be credited to the same card with which you paid for 4 days. Today is already August 10, the money has not been credited to the card, the number indicated does not work for you, they simply do not take it! Terrible service is okay, you are moving in the right direction to become bankrupt, but the money was not returned. What is it??? Instagram is also ignored! Comfortable waiting areas near each hall. Polite staff. And a big plus is that you can buy tickets online in advance, choose a place - not every cinema gives you this opportunity - tickets with a place. In general, it seems to me that Magic cinema is the only one in Tashkent with such a very necessary and convenient option.
