What can I say, there doesn't seem to be a VTB bank machine anymore, but I'll tell you about the company's machine itself for more than 15 years, poor equipment, terrible service, both the call center and the service in the store. God forbid you run into them. The Internet is constantly lagging, servers are freezing, overloading, and I'm silent even when there is no Internet, they don't compensate you for anything. A friend had this provider, God forbid, I got carried away, and we suffered. They were gorgeous only until 2008, then it was just a nightmare the prices went up, there were no more customers who didn't change the server, the IT people were poor.

Do not connect this provider! It's a pity you can't give a rating below one star. The hotline and support are not working, the Internet was lost on December 30, and the problem was not solved on the following day (January 11, with repeated calls to the dispatcher). Because they have only two masters for all the applicants and they have short days or even days off. The owner of this organization should be a person who is unable to maintain the organization and provide services to people.
